Why does cauliflower look like this? Shouldn't it be ivory cauliflower
Roman cauliflower, commonly known as Green Pagoda, is a biennial edible herb of Brassica in Cruciferae, which was discovered in Italy in16th century. The surface of cauliflower bulb is composed of many spiral florets, which are arranged in pairs with the center of the bulb as the symmetry axis. Its magic lies in its regularity and unique shape, and it has become a famous fractal geometric model. It grows in a specific exponential spiral structure, and all parts are similar, similar to the simple mathematical principle contained in the irregular fragment shape in fractal geometry. Therefore, it has attracted the research of countless mathematicians and physicists.

China was introduced and planted by Huazhong Agricultural University on 199 1. It looks a bit like broccoli, green, sweeter and richer than cauliflower, and it is a rare vegetable.
