Therefore, mathematics teaching should attach importance to making students speak.

First, establish an equal relationship between teachers and students and create an atmosphere of speaking.

For a long time, classroom teaching in our country has been based on transplantation, that is, trying to maintain strict or even harsh classroom order and establish the so-called teacher authority and dignity. I don't know that there can be no successful teaching without teacher-student communication, and communication must be based on the equal relationship between teachers and students.

In the usual teaching work, I pay attention to the establishment of equal teacher-student relationship and actively create an atmosphere for students to speak. Often talk with students, exchange ideas, turn the relationship between teachers and students into friends, move the podium to students, change teachers to teach students to ask questions, and allow students to question mistakes. In this way, students can experience equality, freedom and democracy, and non-intellectual factors will be stimulated to form a positive and rich attitude towards life and emotional experience, so that students are willing to communicate with teachers, open their hearts, tell their own confidences to teachers and classmates, and express their views in class.

Second, enhance students' self-confidence and stimulate students' desire to speak

The specific objectives of the new curriculum reform point out: to change the current situation that the curriculum implementation places too much emphasis on learning, rote learning and mechanical training, to advocate students' active participation, willingness to explore and diligence in hands-on, and to cultivate students' abilities of collecting and processing information, acquiring new knowledge, analyzing and solving problems, and communicating and cooperating.

In traditional teaching, teachers do everything, instead of letting students learn independently, without giving students room for thinking and opportunities for expression. To change this situation, on the one hand, we should reform the current education system, but the most important thing is teachers' understanding of education. Looking at education from a high starting point, education should cultivate people not only with the ability of a certain subject, but also with comprehensive quality. This requires teachers to use the knowledge of psychology to cultivate students' positive emotions, let them feel the joy of success, and at the same time cultivate their frustration tolerance, so as to objectively understand themselves and establish confidence. This has also experienced the requirements of the new curriculum standard.

For example, in classroom teaching, I try to create some situations close to children's lives, so that they have the desire to speak and have the content to speak. If today is the 28th, what's the date tomorrow? A triangle shows you only one angle. Can you tell what triangle it is? When students answer questions, I'm not in a hurry to say whether the students' answers are right or not. I'm asking: Do you have any other ideas? Do other students have different opinions? Third, use classroom teaching to cultivate students' oral ability.

Teaching is essentially a process of communication and cooperation, so teaching can be understood as a kind of language communication or language activity, in which dialogue is an important feature of teaching activities, and in this dialogue, students' speeches are particularly important, mainly in classroom questioning, classroom explanation and discussion.

Students should be encouraged to think, speak and ask questions, and form the habit of being good at thinking. Every time I train students to ask questions, not many people ask questions, and the quality of questions is not high. First of all, I try my best to help students eliminate some psychological obstacles. No matter what students ask, I ask them to speak completely and clearly, regardless of the size and difficulty of the question. As long as you don't understand, you can mention anything, so that students can feel that whoever asks questions is glorious. Secondly, I arrange for each class to have a fixed time to answer questions, so that students can record questions in time during preview, lectures and homework, and make full preparations for classroom questions. In addition, I have repeatedly publicized the foreign classroom teaching mode to students: I enter the classroom with questions, I leave the classroom with questions, and I am proud of the teachers who are confused by questions. Let students understand advanced learning methods and concepts, and eliminate students' ideological concerns. Students can boldly question and ask questions. The number of questions is increasing and the quality of questions is getting higher and higher.

2. Try to talk. According to the students' questions, I don't tell the students the answers easily, but let other students or himself learn to focus on the explanations. "New Curriculum Standard" points out that students' mathematics learning activities should be a lively, proactive and personalized process, so the purpose of my lecture is to let students express their problem-solving ideas in language under the guidance of teachers on the basis of self-learning textbook knowledge and mastering certain new knowledge, which not only enhances students' independent consciousness, mobilizes students' enthusiasm, but also trains students' ability to analyze problems, express language and innovate.

3. discussion. According to the students' explanation, organize students' discussion and let them experience the formation and application of mathematics knowledge. Let students speak more in math class, which is to show and cultivate students' self-study ability.
