Does mathematics really exist?
This question is a bit like a philosophical question. I am a graduate student of 2 1 1, and I am studying matrix theory recently. Let me briefly explain my understanding.

As far as the theory of mathematics itself is concerned, it exists, otherwise it would not have developed such a discipline, and the content of mathematics is also true, just look at the math books.

But as far as the content of mathematical discussion is concerned, there may be no corresponding thing in the real world. Mathematics is actually abstracting something from the real world, then enclosing some of these things with definitions, and discussing the corresponding properties and conclusions under the conditions of definition restrictions. Surprisingly, although mathematics looks like the result of a group of people yy, it can be used to describe the real world and get relatively accurate explanations and results, and finally find the corresponding relationship between the objects discussed in mathematics in the real world.
