-"Famous teachers enter the classroom"-Promoting the "same topic but different" classroom of primary school mathematics

Deepening the teaching reform and learning experience of observation meeting

Wang Shuzhen

201April 18-2 1, I was fortunate to attend the high-quality "famous teachers come into the classroom"-the national primary school mathematics "heterogeneous on the same topic" to promote classroom teaching-the deep change observation meeting. Through close contact with several famous teachers in Beijing, I learned the true meaning of primary school mathematics teaching and witnessed their love for primary school mathematics education. This time, "famous teachers enter the classroom" is centered on concept teaching, subject integration and problem solving. Teachers from Luo Yang International College, Beijing Yizhuang Experimental School, Mr. Niu, Beijing Primary School Daxing Branch, and President Bai of Chengguan Primary School in Changping District of Beijing pointed out the direction for the participating teachers in concept teaching and the whole mathematics education.

Teacher Xi Zheng Guang said: Concept teaching pays attention to the key words in concept description. By creating situations, students can observe and compare the similarities and differences of things, form a conceptual system by classifying and summarizing words, formulas and figures, and can use concepts to judge and reason. Teacher Xi Zheng Guang teaches the meaning of fractions.

By analogy, we can learn everything.

Teacher Niu Li Xian told us that teaching is not only about learning knowledge and skills, but also about the process. Students learn mathematics not by teachers' clear teaching, but by students' thinking. After a class, some students can't do it, that is, they don't "realize" at all. Teachers should design teaching activities, create situations and guide students to understand what students learn, instead of relying on their own language skills to "speak" step by step. The importance of teaching lies in "listening" and the importance of learning lies in "speaking". Students can express it, which is the real understanding.

Practice is a very important part of our teaching. But practice should be combined with understanding, not practice for practice's sake. The purpose of practice is to truly understand and master knowledge, and it is also a form to test the degree of knowledge mastery.

Teacher Niu gave us a lesson entitled "The Meaning of Decimals". I didn't see the form of "completing the following exercises" in the whole class, and neither did Mr. Sun's "quantitative relationship". But after a class, look at the students' performance and you will know that children can learn. The two teachers created situations from the beginning to guide students to understand in specific situations. In the lesson "The Meaning of Decimals", Mr. Niu designed a method to draw a grid, summed up the meaning of decimals from 0. 1, 0.2...0.9, and derived the meanings and two compositions of two decimals from 0. 13, 0.36 and 0.66, and skillfully dissolved the counting unit of decimals in. On this basis, naturally transition to the study of three decimal places. Teacher Sun guides students to understand the meaning of unit price, quantity and total price through the commodity prices and shopping receipts in the supermarket, arouses students' interest in calculation and verification by using the wrong information in the shopping receipts, and naturally solves the calculation method of total price by debating right and wrong. I learned the solution of quantity and unit price with frozen shopping receipts. There is no obvious practice in the whole class, and the whole learning process is like visiting a supermarket. Students can understand things more easily through personal experience. Indeed, it is more important to experience the process of discovering laws than to remember them.

Go to the supermarket to learn math.

President Bai of Chengguan Primary School in Changping District, Beijing is a famous special-grade teacher in China.

Develop through inheritance and innovate through exploration. Just as Mr. Tao Xingzhi compared education to agricultural production, whether crops grow well or not depends not on the reasons for seedlings, but on the reasons for land and farming. There is a problem with education, not with our students, but with society or education itself. We should always reflect on our work. Education is better, starting with changing yourself.
