Goals are divided into long-term goals and short-term goals.
The so-called long-term goal is your ideal university. If you try to reach the admission line of this university, it will be too late. Remember, being satisfied with realistic and unrealistic goals is not a goal. With such a goal, your struggle will have a direction, and your efforts will have value.
The so-called short-term goals are divided into many kinds, such as exam ranking, breakthrough of a certain knowledge point and so on. It is suggested that students set such a goal at each stage, so that you will not be enslaved by homework and exams, but turn passivity into initiative and improve spontaneously.
Learn wisdom and diligence.
In my opinion, the success of senior three requires 40% wisdom and 60% diligence. In other words, cleverness and hard work will not achieve the best results. What is wisdom and diligence? This will introduce two concepts: efficiency and effect. In the past, we always talked about the importance of efficiency, but in senior three, we should pay more attention to the effect. Efficiency is the ratio of labor to time, and the effect is how much it has improved after a period of hard work. Some students will wonder why I work so hard and do so many problems every day, but I still haven't made progress. This shows that you only pay attention to efficiency and ignore the effect. Diligence is very important, but diligence without wisdom is often useless. How can I be smart and diligent? Then we should pay attention to the following points:

Planning serves the goal. After you have a clear and practical goal, you should make a corresponding plan. Before making a plan, you should first do one thing: take out a piece of paper and write down what you deserve to develop and what you need to improve in each subject. The purpose of doing this is to deeply analyze yourself and give yourself an objective position. In this way, your plan will be biased. Second, make a clear plan and be realistic, that is, the workload set in the plan must be at least 80% of what you can accomplish, otherwise you will be very painful. Third, the plan should set aside time to check for leaks and fill gaps in order to deal with emergencies. Fourth, don't be depressed because you can't complete the plan completely. Not many people can finish the plan completely. More than 80% completed, as long as the most important and urgent things in the plan are completed. Let's talk about the specific methods of making plans.
Let's talk about holiday plans first. There are many kinds of holiday plans, and I recommend one of them. First of all, the task this weekend is to make plans and relax. I am a person who carries out the idea of combining work and rest. The result of blindly "working" is high efficiency and low effect. Since you have been busy for a semester, you should spend two days relaxing and several hours making plans. The study time begins on Monday. You should browse the homework list, find out the amount of homework, and distribute it evenly every day. Make sure that all homework is finished one week before the start of school. In other words, every subject should be moved every day, and more than 8 hours of study time should be guaranteed every day. The last week was a special breakthrough, that is, summing up the loopholes in holiday homework and focusing on solving them. Each subject should have a fixed period of time every day, interspersed with relaxation time, and ensure more than 30 minutes of physical exercise every day. Judging from the workload of No.4 Middle School, the daily workload after sharing is not very large. The key point is to set aside a lot of time for reflection and summary when passing each knowledge point, which will be mentioned later. Holiday plans must be written, and problems in implementation must be adjusted in time.
Let's talk about the plan during school. This plan can be formed in your mind. You don't have to write, but you must have it. What you do every day and what you do on weekends should be clear, or you should serve short-term goals. Give up the homework that you think is not helpful to you in time. Remember, senior three is not to listen to the teacher more carefully, but to be more effective. Therefore, we must spend most of our time filling our loopholes, which is the most important and urgent thing mentioned before.
(2) Learn to reflect and summarize.
In senior three, we will spend 80% of our time listening to lectures and doing problems, and 20% of our time reflecting and summing up, but in terms of the effect, that 20% of our time will probably return to 80% of the effect. It is difficult to shorten the time for doing the questions, because it is the "primitive accumulation" and the foundation of everything, while reflection and summary are the finishing touch and the most important work for doing a set of questions. The same is true in class. "What you hear is iron, and what you experience is gold." Every student listens to the same class, and the difference is reflected in the perception, which must be taken seriously. There are also many ways to summarize. The first semester focuses on learning the knowledge of senior one and senior two, which can be followed by a long summary of senior one and senior two. However, the second semester is very short, and it is recommended to summarize it in one sentence. Teacher Gu Erdan, a special math teacher in No.4 Middle School, mentioned a cheat sheet summary, which is what I call a "one-sentence" summary. Her idea is, if the college entrance examination asked you to take a cheat sheet, what would you write on it? These are what you want to summarize, that is, your weakest points, usually the summary of basic methods and error-prone points. It is worth mentioning that this method is only applicable to science. Liberal arts still need a long summary, because liberal arts pay more attention to accumulation than science, and diligence is 60% higher than importance. Of course, there is no way to follow. For (2), there are two points to be added.
The first point is to achieve five realms:

What needs to be reflected and summarized most is the third realm, because the first two realms can only be solved after you have heard or read the explanations, and the latter two realms are usually pursued by students who have the spare capacity to study. The standard method provided by the teacher is usually the best solution. What students need to do is to master this method and learn to apply it to similar problems, which is the key to reflection and summary.
The second view is similar to several realms, namely, understanding, doing and dividing. From understanding to doing, we need to reflect and summarize the basic methods, while from recognizing to scoring, we need to reflect and summarize the mistakes.
(3) Keep an optimistic attitude.
Senior three is the stage where students are most prone to psychological problems. Only by maintaining an optimistic attitude can we ensure our steady climb. How could you do that?
First, we should learn to look at gains and losses rationally.
Failing the exam should be the biggest blow to students, and some people are devastated by it. Remember, before the college entrance examination, the wrong questions are your wealth. Quote an old saying, fill in all the loopholes encountered, and you will certainly get good grades in the college entrance examination. Therefore, in the face of failing the exam, we must first calm down, such as chatting with classmates and teachers, listening to music, exercising and the like, and never tear the paper. After the mood is calmed down, analyze the mistakes with the teacher, make a summary, and regain confidence. On the contrary, you should not be proud if you do well in the exam. Senior three is like sailing against the current. If you don't advance, you will retreat. If you are satisfied with one success, you may "die" miserably in the end. Since there are few wrong questions, you should sum up those uncertain but correct questions, because those are also your loopholes.
Second, communicate with friends or parents more.
Friends are of great significance in senior three. They are your spiritual pillar and have a great influence on your mentality. Communicating with friends can not only release pressure, but also help each other improve.
Third, we should find a suitable and gentle solution to the problem.
Senior three is really nervous, but it doesn't mean complete abstinence. Finding a suitable solution will be more conducive to the improvement of grades. Such as sports, listening to music, watching movies and so on. The main thing is to relax nervous nerves and not indulge, so it is not recommended to watch TV dramas, novels and games.
