Although internalized into my own limited quality, at least I know the contents of these books. I see that they are still working hard as senior teachers, super teachers and famous teachers in Henan Province, and I still have no reason to waste time.
In 2022, I also made a reading plan for myself. Some of them are read with the studio, and some of them are humanistic knowledge that I think needs to be supplemented. Looking back on my ten years' work, I have both successes and failures. The so-called success is short-lived, accidental and fleeting. But the failure shocked me. But it turns out that accidental success is not enough to explain personal strength, and success should be the result of continuous efforts. So I decided to start studying in all directions, because I am not in the same class, so I need to start with educational theory and read professional books, pedagogy and educational psychology. Pay attention to your own classroom, think about the classroom and study the students. In fact, so far, there have been no new problems in education. It has always been the core issues: determining the teaching direction, relying on autonomous learning, stressing moral responsibility, striving for success in communication ... The principles, values and methods of education and many other educational issues have been deeply discussed and discussed by educational sages and predecessors at home and abroad, so reading is a shortcut to achieve rapid growth.
I have joined the studio in Zhang Aimin, but there is still a long way to go before six learning teams. I want to join the team study as much as possible and urge myself in all aspects.
