I. Time for implementation
Since its implementation, the first test object is secondary vocational school students who enter school in autumn.
Second, the subject setting and examination methods
The academic level examination includes three parts: public foundation, professional foundation and professional skills. The examination methods include written examination, computer examination and practical operation. The examination time is generally arranged in the last semester of the third grade in secondary vocational schools.
(a) public * * * basic course examination. Chinese, mathematics, English, moral education (career planning and employment, professional ethics and law, economy, politics and society, philosophy and life) and other subjects take the form of written examination, and computer application basic subjects take the form of computer examination.
(2) Professional basic course examination. It mainly includes the professional basic knowledge that each professional group should master. Students of different majors take the comprehensive test of corresponding professional basic courses. Basic courses such as physics, chemistry, geography and history. According to the need to be included in the comprehensive test scope of professional basic courses. The examination takes the form of written examination.
(3) professional skills test. It mainly includes the basic professional skills that each major should master. Students of different majors take the corresponding professional skills examination. The main ways are: combining the examination and appraisal of vocational qualification or vocational qualification certificate, identifying the corresponding vocational qualification or professional qualification appraisal result; Combined with skill competition, according to the level and performance of skill competition; Test skills through on-site practical operation or application of information comprehensive training platform.
Third, the specific time schedule
The academic proficiency test is held once a year. Registration time is usually arranged in the third week of September every year. The examination time is usually arranged in the third semester of secondary vocational schools, and starts on Saturday and Sunday of the second week of 165438+ 10 every year.
(a) public * * * basic course examination. The Chinese exam takes 90 minutes, the math, English and moral education exams take 75 minutes, and the computer basic exam takes 60 minutes.
(2) Professional basic course examination. The comprehensive examination time for basic courses of each major is 120 minutes.
(3) The examination time of professional skills is determined according to the professional characteristics.

Fourth, performance evaluation.
(1) Evaluation of academic proficiency test scores. All exams are graded according to four grades: A, B, C and D, and students who reach Grade C or above are qualified. In principle, according to the classification, 85 points and above are Grade A, 70-84.9 points are Grade B, 60-69.9 points are Grade C, and 59.9 points and below are Grade D. ..
Students and graduates can apply for multiple exams, and multiple exams in the same subject are calculated according to the highest level. Students' academic proficiency test scores are valid for 5 years.
(2) Conversion of other test scores. Students participate in the professional or vocational qualification appraisal organized by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security or the national trade association, and obtain the certificate, and the skill test grade can be determined according to the certificate grade and appraisal result. Obtaining advanced and above vocational qualification certificates can be rated as Grade A; Obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate, and the assessment result is "excellent" as grade A, "good" as grade B and "qualified" as grade C; The level of qualification certificate is Grade A. Students who win prizes in the skill competition can determine the skill test level according to the level and achievement of the skill competition. Those who win the first prize and second prize in the skill competition at or above the provincial level or the municipal skill competition can be classified as Grade A, and those who win the third prize and the excellent prize in the municipal skill competition can be classified as Grade B ... Students take social examinations such as computer, English and Chinese. The method of grade conversion shall be determined by the steering committee of the secondary vocational school students' academic level examination after reviewing the social test outline. Students take both social tests and academic proficiency tests to obtain the highest level of statistical results.
(3) the determination of academic level test scores. After students take the academic level examination, the municipal education administrative department will issue a certificate of achievement. All subjects, professional basic courses and professional skills of public basic courses have reached Grade C or above, and passed the academic level test.

(4) Implement funds. The Provincial Department of Education is responsible for the expenditure of academic level examination research, outline formulation, item bank development, examination and achievement management system construction and registration data management, proposition, paper composition, marking and grading. Local education administrative departments set up special funds to ensure the normal registration, examination organization and test center construction of local academic level examinations.
(5) Organizing the implementation. * * * The formulation, production and marking of the examination plan for basic courses and professional basic courses are under the guidance of the steering committee of the provincial secondary vocational school students' academic level examination, and the office of the steering committee of the provincial education examination institute and the provincial secondary vocational school students' academic level examination is specifically responsible for the implementation. The organization, management and coordination of the examination work shall be under the unified responsibility of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, and the municipal education administrative departments and the recruitment system shall be responsible for the specific implementation. Professional skills are tested by municipal organizations and approved by provincial spot checks.
(6) Process management. The education administrative departments of all provinces and cities and the recruitment system should strengthen quality management, process management and target management in accordance with the requirements of standardized examinations to improve the validity and reliability of the tests. Strengthen the management of the proposition, examination, statistical analysis and examination paper evaluation of academic level examination to ensure that the examination papers of all subjects meet the predetermined quality requirements. The objective questions are graded by machine, and the subjective questions are graded online, so as to strengthen quality control and ensure the consistency of grading. In accordance with the unified standards and requirements, test sites and examination rooms are set up, and unified and standardized management is carried out on the examination time, examination conditions, examination instructions and examination room management.
(7) Quality analysis. Provincial and municipal education administrative departments and vocational education and teaching research institutions shall comprehensively analyze and summarize the test results of vocational school students' academic level every year, and write an annual analysis report. Give full play to the role of academic proficiency test in monitoring and evaluating the teaching quality of vocational schools, feed back the teaching problems to vocational schools in time, promote the teaching reform of vocational schools and continuously improve the teaching quality.
