Operation guide
When working, the roller should be started before the vibration starts, and the internal combustion engine should be modulated at medium speed first and then at high speed.
When shifting gears and reversing, the engine should be stopped first, and the engine speed should be reduced when shifting gears.
It is forbidden for the roller to vibrate on the hard ground.
When rolling soft subgrade, it should be rolled 1 ~ 2 times without vibration first, and then rolled by vibration.
When rolling, the vibration frequency should be consistent. For a vibratory roller that can adjust your vibration, you should adjust the vibration frequency before operation. You should not adjust the vibration frequency without starting to vibrate.
The adjustment of reversing clutch, starting clutch and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is separated.
When going uphill and downhill, you can't use fast gear. When turning sharply, including when the articulated vibratory roller turns slightly, it is strictly prohibited to use the fast gear.
When driving at high speed, the roller shall not vibrate.
When stopping, stop the vibration first, then put the reverse gear in the middle position, put the transmission in neutral, and finally pull the handbrake lever, and the internal combustion engine will stall after idling for a few minutes.
Other operation requirements shall comply with the regulations of static pressure roller.
Whether uphill or downhill, the bottom layer of asphalt mixture must be clean and dry, and the asphalt binding layer must be sprayed to avoid the mixture slipping during rolling.
Whether rolling uphill or downhill, the driving wheel of the roller should be behind. This has the following advantages: when going uphill, the rear driving wheel can bear the driving force provided by the ramp and the machine itself, and at the same time, the front wheel initially compacts the road surface and bears the larger shear force generated by the driving wheel;
When going downhill, the impact force generated by the self-weight of the roller is offset by the braking of the driving wheel, and only the mixture crushed by the front wheel can support the driving wheel to generate shear force.
When rolling uphill, the roller should start, stop and accelerate smoothly to avoid being too fast or too slow.
Before rolling uphill, the mixture should be cooled to the specified lower limit temperature, and then static preloading should be carried out. When the mixture temperature drops to the lower limit (120℃), vibration compaction shall be adopted.
Avoid sudden speed change and braking when rolling downhill.
When rolling downhill on steep slope, light roller should be used for preloading first, and then heavy roller or vibratory roller should be used for compaction.
