In 2023, junior high school graduates who plan to attend high schools in this city must take the senior high school entrance examination in this city.
(1) Registration
1. Registration conditions
Meet one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the academic level examination of junior high school graduates in this city:
(1) fresh junior high school graduates with junior high school status in this city and actually attending.
(2) Junior high school graduates who have registered in our city and studied in other cities.
(3) previous graduates with household registration in our city.
(4) Previous graduates who graduated from junior high schools in our city and were audited to meet the treatment policy of registered students in this city. The treatment targets of registered students in this city include the children of Zhongshan who are in short supply of applicable talents, the children of overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese students and the children of Taiwan Province compatriots.
2. Registration arrangements
According to the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Academic Level Examination for Junior High School Graduates in 2023 (No.44 [202 1]), the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Center is responsible for the implementation. Candidates must complete the revision of household registration information before May 20th.
(B) examination subjects and scoring methods
1. Exam Subject Settings
In 2023, the subjects of senior high school entrance examination in our city cover all subjects stipulated in the national experimental plan of compulsory education curriculum, including Chinese, mathematics, English, morality and rule of law, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology, sports and health, music, fine arts, information technology and other subjects, which are divided into admission scoring subjects, grade examination subjects and assessment subjects.
2. Subject grading and demonstration methods
The test scores of all subjects are rounded to the nearest integer and presented in various forms such as scores and grades. Among them, Chinese (full score 120), mathematics (full score 120), English (full score 120, including 30 points in the listening and speaking test), physics (full score 100) and chemistry (full score 100 The scores of cultural subjects (including single subject scores and total scores) are divided into five grades: A+, A+, B+, B, and C, with the scores of A+( 10% or less), A(25%), B+(25%), B(20%), and C. Sports and health are graded according to scores. Information technology, music art and experimental operation of physics and chemistry students are included in the assessment subjects, and the results are divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified.
3. Total score of scoring subjects
According to the different types of enrollment plans, the scoring subjects are divided into two categories: total score A and total score B, with a full score of 600. After synthesizing according to the score proportion of each subject, the score is rounded to integer value, and the total score of each candidate is A and B. The scoring subjects and the scoring proportion are: Chinese, mathematics, English, physical education and health, and the original scores are included in the total score A and the total score B; Physics and chemistry are included in the total score a according to 100% and 90% respectively; History, morality and rule of law are included in the total score B according to 100% and 90% respectively. History, morality and rule of law, geography and biology are included in the grade examination subjects corresponding to the total score A, and physics, chemistry, geography and biology are included in the grade examination subjects corresponding to the total score B.
4. Examine the subject scores.
Examination subjects are converted into grades according to their scores, in which A+, A+, B+, B and C are calculated according to 5 points, 4 points, 3 points, 2 points and 1 minute respectively, and the scores of all examination subjects are accumulated and calculated as the total score. High school enrollment requires a total score.
(3) Examination organization
According to the administrative division of the city, the examination area is set up, and each junior high school is assigned to the corresponding examination area management according to its town (street). The cultural subject examination, physical education unified examination and English listening and speaking of senior high school entrance examination are organized and managed by the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Center, while the examination subject examination is organized and managed by the Municipal Teaching and Research Office and the Municipal Education Technology Center, and each examination area is responsible for the implementation of specific examinations.
1. The examination of cultural subjects (including geography and biology in the second grade) is entrusted to Guangdong Education Examinations Institute to make propositions and papers, and each subject is published separately, with unified examination, unified online marking and unified announcement of results. Specific examination arrangements will be announced separately.
2. The physical education examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of Zhongshan Education and Sports Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Physical Education and Health Examination for Junior Middle School Academic Level Examination in Zhongshan City in 2023-2024 (No.[202 1]98). The English listening and speaking test is conducted in a computer-aided way. Candidates who hold the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card issued by Guangdong Disabled Persons' Federation, have a good average hearing loss of more than 665,438+0 dB (HL), have a hearing disability of more than three degrees or have a language barrier, and are diagnosed with infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and tuberculosis, can apply for exemption to take the listening and speaking test. Candidates who pass the exam without examination will have their English scores converted into 120 points according to the written test results, which will be included in the total score. The work plan of English listening and speaking test will be notified separately.
3. Ordinary high schools that have been approved to recruit students of music (including vocal music, instrumental music), art, dance, language, etc. will implement the inter-school entrance examination, and the enrollment schools will no longer organize special tests separately. The establishment of sports teams in high schools shall be implemented according to the Notice of Zhongshan Municipal Education and Sports Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on the Construction of High-level Sports Teams in High Schools in Zhongshan City (No.5/KLOC-0 [2020] of Education and Sports Bureau), and the Sports and Health Department of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau shall be responsible for the implementation.
4. Continue to carry out the pilot work of independent enrollment in ordinary senior high schools, and select outstanding junior high school graduates with academic expertise or innovation potential. Ordinary high schools can apply for independent enrollment of disciplines, and the total number of independent enrollment plans for disciplines, sports teams and art students in public ordinary high schools does not exceed 10% of the school's annual enrollment plan. The autonomous enrollment plan for disciplines shall be formulated by the pilot schools according to their own educational objectives, orientation and characteristics (including school enrollment scope, plans, standards, methods and procedures, etc.). ), and enrollment is mainly based on students' senior high school entrance examination results and comprehensive evaluation. If it is really necessary to arrange marking, it should be arranged after the end of the senior high school entrance examination in this city. The assessment content should be the content of elective subjects, and no other cultural subjects should be arranged; Subject independent enrollment plan must be approved by the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau before implementation, and announced to the public in advance. All links and results of enrollment should be disclosed to the public on their own initiative.
(4) Scoring and result announcement
Computer-aided online marking will continue to be implemented for cultural subjects and English listening and speaking exams. The municipal education entrance examination center is responsible for marking organization, the municipal teaching and research section is responsible for specific implementation, and the municipal education technology center provides technical support. The examination results are uniformly announced by the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Center, and the methods for inquiring and publishing the results will be notified separately.
Second, the comprehensive quality evaluation
We will continue to carry out the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school graduates. The main evaluation indicators are ideological and moral character, academic level, physical and mental health, artistic accomplishment and social practice. Schools should comprehensively evaluate the performance of students in all aspects of each semester, and present them with grades. The comprehensive quality evaluation work is coordinated by the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau and implemented in junior high schools.
Third, high school enrollment.
(A) enrollment plan
1. The enrollment plan for ordinary high schools is uniformly issued by the whole city. The number and scope of ordinary high school enrollment plan shall be implemented according to the municipal documents.
2. High-quality ordinary high schools arrange 50% of the enrollment quota as the indicator student plan, and the number of graduates who meet the requirements of indicator students in junior high schools accounts for the proportion of the city and is directly allocated to schools. The registered students in our city who returned to Zhongshan from other places to take the senior high school entrance examination were assigned separately.
3. Ordinary senior high schools continue to implement the admission mode that the total score A and the total score B correspond to the two types of enrollment plans A and B respectively. The proportion of Class B plan shall not exceed 30% of the total enrollment plan of the school, and the specific number shall be determined by each school. Class b plans to set up volunteers separately, and candidates choose their own newspapers.
4. Foreign schools (including ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools) recruit students in our city and junior high school graduates from higher vocational colleges. The through training of secondary vocational schools (including "five-year consistent system" and "three-two stages") is implemented according to the relevant provisions of the province and the enrollment plan.
(2) Admission batch and voluntary setting
Admission batches and voluntary settings shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation Measures for Admission of Ordinary Senior High Schools in Zhongshan City in 2023 (see Annex for details).
(3) Voluntary service
In 2023, we will continue to implement the online volunteering method after the exam. Candidates and parents choose their own voluntary schools. No unit or individual may restrict or obstruct students from reporting their volunteers normally for any reason. After the deadline for volunteering, no unit or individual may change the candidate's volunteer information. The candidate's application scope includes:
1. Local registered students
Junior high school graduates with household registration in this city can apply for public ordinary high schools, private ordinary high schools, special subjects in ordinary high schools (including independent enrollment, foreign language classes and art students, the same below) and secondary vocational schools. Those who meet the requirements of the index students can apply for the index students of public ordinary high schools. Previous students are limited to apply for junior college in ordinary high schools and index students in public ordinary high schools.
2. Students registered in different places
Junior high school graduates who are not registered in Zhongshan are collectively referred to as students registered in different places, and the scope of application is as follows:
(1) Junior high school graduates who can enjoy the treatment of registered students in this city after examination have the same scope of application as registered students in this city. Among them, holders of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or Taiwan Province Resident Residence Permit can also apply for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan classes in ordinary high schools.
(2) Fresh graduates from other provinces who are registered in other cities and meet the conditions of migrant children of migrant workers are the same as those registered in this city. The conditions and requirements for migrant children of migrant workers to apply for public ordinary high schools shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Further Improving the Participation of Migrant Children of Zhongshan City in the Senior High School Entrance Examination (No.[20 16]32 of China Education and Sports Association).
(3) Junior high school graduates who hold Hong Kong (or Macao) resident identity cards and the Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Pass to and from the Mainland or the Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Residence Permit are regarded as candidates for household registration in this city, and can also apply for ordinary senior high schools in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
In addition to the above situation, other foreign registered students can only apply for the private ordinary high school self-funded student plan and secondary vocational schools (except for the "five-year consistent system" and "three-two paragraphs").
3. Pointer students
Candidates who meet the following conditions at the same time are eligible to enjoy the qualifications of their school:
(1) meets the requirements of public ordinary high schools in our city;
(2) Taking the entrance examination for junior high school graduates in Zhongshan City in that year, and the comprehensive quality evaluation result reached B or above;
(3) Junior high school graduates who have studied in the school where they are enrolled for three years, fresh graduates who have been transferred from outside the city and studied in the school for more than one year in the junior high school stage, or registered students who have returned to Zhongshan to take the junior high school entrance examination outside the city.
Previous students, students studying in the second and second junior high schools in our city, and students whose school status is not in our school do not enjoy the qualification of index students.
(4) by submitting recognition
High school enrollment follows the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and is implemented in accordance with the Implementation Measures for High School Enrollment in Zhongshan City in 2023 (see Annex), and computer remote online enrollment is implemented. The municipal education entrance examination center is responsible for organizing the implementation, and the municipal education technology center is responsible for technical assistance.
1. Registration and cancellation
Online registration is implemented this year. After each stage of admission, the admitted candidates must log in to the senior high school entrance examination information management system within the specified time and choose "registration" or "abandonment of admission". Those who fail to register online within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up admission. If you choose "registration", you must register on the spot according to the time specified by the admission school. Candidates who give up admission will be disqualified by the admissions school, and all the plans left after cancellation will be used for re-recording. Each candidate can only cancel or re-record once, among which, candidates who give up the admission to ordinary high schools can no longer participate in the re-record of ordinary high schools; Candidates who give up the admission of the pilot professional plan of secondary vocational schools can re-register in ordinary high schools, but they can no longer re-register in the pilot professional plan of secondary vocational schools. All admission, registration, cancellation of admission and make-up must be carried out in the information management system of senior high school entrance examination. Any enrollment behavior that has not been approved by the municipal enrollment department shall be invalid.
Make a record
After the enrollment of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools is completed, those who have remaining plans can be arranged to make up the enrollment and implement the second enrollment. In the second admission, the volunteers of the corresponding batch will be re-filled, that is, candidates who have not been admitted and meet the conditions for re-recording can participate in the re-filling of volunteers, and the volunteers of the corresponding batch of candidates will automatically become invalid. When re-recording, according to the candidate's willingness to re-record, file according to the number of remaining enrollment plans of the school. For the first time, when the ordinary high school fails to complete the plan, the school with low plan completion rate can appropriately lower the requirements for controlling the score line and inspecting the total score of the subject level. When the secondary vocational schools make up the records, they don't set the score line for filing control.
(5) Hospital nursing policy
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, in 2023, the city will continue to strictly implement the enrollment and care policies for senior high school students in this city, strictly limit the scope and items of bonus points, strictly control the bonus points, standardize the qualification review procedures, and improve the publicity system for candidates' qualifications. In accordance with the "Notice on the preferential policies and handling of high school enrollment in Zhongshan City" (No.78 [2020] of China Education Sports Association). Students who approve disciplines and indicators in advance do not enjoy the admission care policy.
(6) Registration of student status
Senior middle schools should strengthen the examination of freshmen's admission qualifications, strictly check their files after registration, and resolutely cancel their admission qualifications or admission qualifications for candidates who practise fraud and violate regulations. After the admission, the high school should go through the examination and approval procedures in time, and go through the registration procedures with the enrollment roster to the student status management department of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau. Those who have not gone through the formal admission procedures are not allowed to apply for student status, otherwise they will be treated as illegal enrollment.
