Based on the school, it has accepted many shocks and baptisms along the way in the wave of curriculum reform. During this period, we have both successful experiences and many problems. In the past two years, teachers' views on knowledge and quality have changed greatly, from focusing only on imparting knowledge to internalizing knowledge generation, knowledge application and ability training education, from excessively pursuing discipline rigor to focusing on educating people in mathematics education; From paying attention to students' learning achievements to paying attention to students' active learning, practical exploration and communication. In the past, classroom teaching was mostly "cramming" teaching for students, fearing that their lectures were not detailed and complete. I talked about the content of a class over and over again. When I feel that time is not enough, I will take up extra-curricular time to make up for the students. However, students have no time to think at all, and they have a little understanding of what the teacher said. What's the use of the teacher talking too much? The teaching plan requires that the classroom be returned to the students, so that the students can become the masters of the classroom. However, many teachers are still afraid of not saying enough; Some teachers continue to cram under the cover of modern teaching equipment. As a result, teachers teach hard and students study hard, and the teaching effect is still not good. After a long period of exploration, our math group has formed its own characteristics from simple imitation to bringing the concepts of learning and speaking into the classroom. The teaching link has been modified, from mechanical six-step imitation to introducing new knowledge examples to review old knowledge situations, and paying attention to questioning, expanding testing and feedback to sum up thinking. In classroom activities, there are mainly five things: seeing more, thinking more, doing more, talking more and discussing more. Below I combine the experience of excellent teachers in our math group with my immature views.
1. Read more books to improve students' observation ability.
"Look" is a necessary prerequisite for acquiring mathematical knowledge, and students should be given enough observation opportunities to continuously improve the quality of observation. For example, when teaching "year, month and day", students are required to bring some calendars, and then hang the calendars of several years in the classroom, and let students look at these calendars as required when starting classes. After reading it with great interest, the students quickly mastered the basic contents of teaching and the teaching effect was particularly good. When teaching "Three Views", let students put the objects prepared in advance on the table and ask them to observe the shapes of these objects from different angles (outside the seat). The students looked at each other with great interest and exchanged opinions. In this way, students can quickly master the knowledge to be learned in this class, and the teaching effect is particularly good.
For another example, when learning the theorem of the circle angle, you can move the position of the vertex of the circle angle through the teaching aid, so that students can observe the position relationship between the circle angle opposite to an arc and the central angle opposite to it. Many students can find that when the center of the circle is on one side of the fillet, the fillet opposite to the same arc is equal, and the fillet opposite to the same arc is smaller than the central angle. Then let the students guess first, and then prove the relationship between the angle of the circle and the angle of the center of the same arc. The teaching effect is very good.
2. Think more and improve students' thinking ability.
The most important thing in teaching is to give students the opportunity to think, and thinking can stimulate students' interest in learning. For example, in the introduction of "the sum of internal angles of triangles", I asked students to take out three different triangles (right, acute and obtuse triangles) prepared by themselves, measure the degrees of three angles in each triangle with a protractor, and then asked several students to quote the degrees of two angles of different triangles. I immediately said the degrees of the third angle. At first, some students were still unconvinced and thought it might be a coincidence. I gave several examples and I was right. At this time, the students were surprised at how consistent the teacher's answer was with their measured answer. As a result, the interest in "finding out" arises spontaneously.
Thinking can leave an impression on students' minds. For example, after learning "area unit", ask students to close their eyes and think "How big is 1 cm2 in their mind?" Its purpose is to make the actual size of "1 cm2" form an accurate representation in students' minds and store it firmly. After learning plane geometry and geometry, let the students close their eyes and think. What are their shapes and characteristics? 3. Do more things to improve students' practical ability.
Students are naturally active, and through hands-on operation, students' hands, eyes and brain develop in coordination. Many math problems are not only easy to understand and remember, but also easy to learn by letting students operate. Teachers must arrange students to do the links such as "quantity", "cutting", "spelling" and "drawing" arranged in textbooks, and they must never ignore this link in order to save trouble and time. Such as the parallel and vertical relations in space. For senior one students, the concept of three-dimensional space is lacking. For example, after teaching the area of rhombus and square, guide students to sum up and say the method of finding the area of quadrilateral with arbitrary diagonal lines perpendicular to each other in time.
