Brief introduction of Liu Yu
Liu Yu, male, Han nationality, 1974, was born in party member, Guangxi. I have a soft spot for landscape painting since I was a child, and I began to learn Chinese painting in my teens. He graduated from the Art Department of Guangxi Normal University, studied under many famous artists such as Chen Yupu, Liu Yizhi, Han Changli and Bai Xiaojun, and systematically studied and mastered the traditional theories and techniques of China's landscape painting.

Some works have won grand prizes in Chinese and foreign cultural exchange competitions and national competitions, which have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign art circles. Many newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad published his deeds of concentrating on art, and his works were collected by collectors in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia and other countries.

His works and biographies have been published in the following media: People's Daily, CCTV Greenland, People's Daily (Taiwan Province Province), World Youth Daily (Taiwan Province Province), China Travel News, Notes on Lijiang River, National Geographic Magazine, Guangxi Daily, South China Morning Post, Bagui Metropolis Daily, Zhejiang TV Station, etc.

On 20 1 1 year, Liu Yu began to pay attention to the veterans of the anti-Japanese war and found that most of them had gradually withered, and even those built today were dying. From 20 1 1, I used pen, DV and camera to make oral history records for veterans. So far, I have interviewed more than 30 living veterans and written more than 200,000 words of first-hand interview materials, nearly half of which have been published in newspapers such as Life, Southern Literature and Yantai Daily. Rescuing and recording the experience of anti-Japanese war veterans is to hope that as they get old, that past will not be lost in the torrent of history. I also use these scattered and pale words to pay tribute to those brave men who bravely stood up and took responsibility at the critical moment when the Chinese nation was facing life and death.
