On February 27th, 20xx, the math teachers of our school collectively watched seven high-quality classes in the xx annual meeting of primary school mathematics in Shandong Province. Although the study time is very short, but the harvest is very rich, my educational philosophy and theoretical level have been further sublimated.

Teaching by famous teachers leads the direction of inquiry curriculum reform. In these seven observation classes, many of them are members of the national team of famous teachers, and their classroom teaching represents the current trend and direction of curriculum reform, which has great reference significance. Among them, Zheng Xue, a teacher from Huangchenggen Primary School in Xicheng District, represents the teachers in Wu Zhengxian. She teaches the law of product change and gives full play to students' main role in the class. Under the guidance of teachers, students can find the problem according to the formulas listed in the situational questions: Who changed the factor and product? How did it change? Why did this happen? Then organize students to observe and discuss, find the law and summarize. This kind of teaching puts students in specific problem situations and highlights the effectiveness of teaching.

Teacher Wu Dongdong, the second primary school affiliated to Nantong Normal University in Jiangsu Province, taught the understanding of cuboids and cubes, which left a deep impression on the teachers attending the meeting. Regarding the characteristics of points, faces and edges of cuboids, the previous teaching was basically based on letting students touch and see, but the most prominent place in this class is to form a conclusion through three-dimensional and dynamic pictures and students' hands-on. The acquisition of knowledge is really based on the process experienced by students.

Other teachers' classroom teaching has its own characteristics, and teachers have benefited a lot.

Looking at the spiritual concept embodied in this annual meeting and reflecting on our classroom teaching and educational research, we still lack a lot and still have a certain distance from experts and famous teachers. Our personal quality needs to be further improved, our education and teaching concepts need to be updated, and our educational ability needs to be further strengthened.
