7. In the usual teaching, patiently cultivate students' good study habits, standardize homework, correct mistakes in time, and criticize homework with big problems as much as possible. Strengthen individual counseling. Encourage them more, criticize them less, motivate them to study, and actively promote the improvement of overall academic performance.
There is an old teacher and two young teachers in my group. Young teachers should keep learning from old teachers. Pay attention to quality, improve ability and start with teaching. Only by doing well in teaching can we improve our grades. At the same time, we should pay more attention to cultivating students' ability in teaching to meet the needs of the college entrance examination next year. This semester, our lesson preparation group has done the following work in the teaching process:
(1) Prepare lessons well: Preparing lessons well is the basis and premise of a good class. So, how to prepare lessons well? Our principle is to take the outline as the guide, the exam instructions as the guide, the teaching materials as the basis, the university teaching materials as the expansion, and combine the college entrance examination questions for several years to prepare lessons.
(2) After-school tutoring: After-school tutoring is a way to find, ask and solve problems. My group of teachers should take the initiative to help students in the self-study class, and must ask to redo the right and wrong questions and explain them in other classes to avoid making the same mistakes again. At the same time, we attach great importance to cultivating students' learning methods in after-school counseling.
(3) Diligence and refinement: In class, teachers must be diligent, give students more time, attend classes where students have room to think, refine after class, consolidate in time, and practice repeatedly, so as to review the past and learn new things.
