In this epidemic, in order to improve the effect of students learning Chinese as much as possible, I took the following measures.

1? Prepare lessons carefully before class. Preparing lessons some time ago is mainly to choose the best teaching video, and then carefully design homework according to the teacher's explanation to ensure that students learn something.

2? Report the daily homework once a day, form a group, and specify the first submission time of homework and the submission time of error correction feedback. At seven o'clock every night, each group leader summarizes the learning situation of this group in the class group. Teachers summarize in the class group every day, praise the advanced, and issue electronic certificates to the most beautiful group. When the number of certificates reaches ten, material rewards will be given. Or make excellent homework every day into beautiful articles to show in the class group.

3? It is stipulated to read for at least 20 minutes every morning. The content of morning reading is "Happy Morning Reading" prepared by the school and the content in the Chinese book of Grade One, each 10 minute. The morning reading video must be handed in to the group before 8 am. But later, through home visits, I found that some children simply submitted videos in a perfunctory way, so they stopped reading them after sending them, so I made some improvements in morning reading:

Morning reading time: 7:25-7:55.

Content: Read English for ten minutes from 7: 25 to 7: 35. Read happy morning reading for ten minutes from 7: 35 to 7: 45, and Chinese books for ten minutes from 7: 45 to 7: 55.

At 7: 20, China's team leader counted the number of people on time and made videos in the group like reading and communicating. The teacher makes a tour of each group, and the Chinese team leader takes notes to see if he has read enough in the specified time.

Read aloud at morning reading time. For those students who can't read clearly and don't speak loudly, the team leader should make a good record and report at seven o'clock every night. The teacher handles it according to the situation.

Judging from the implementation during the first period, it may be that the video of early reading was opened, which brought back the atmosphere of early reading in school. Except for a few students who didn't attend on time, other students were able to do morning reading with good quality and quantity, which greatly improved the effect of morning reading.

4? Strengthen extracurricular reading. The recommended bibliography is mainly the list of books in the teaching and research section, supplemented by the list recommended by other famous teachers. From January to April, every student has read at least three extracurricular books. The books recommended in May are For Young Readers, Animal Stars in Circus and Adventures of Mathematical Treasure Island by Bing Xin. A few students have finished reading 45 books, and half of them have finished reading the other two books. From the beginning of online teaching this semester, I organized a reading exchange activity for each group in thirteen groups in my class for thirteen days, at least one hour every day. Judging from parents' feedback and students' communication, they are happy with such online video communication activities. And achieved good results.

5? By consulting the handouts, we can expand the reading materials and achieve the reading effect.

Each class note requires students to submit it in the form of homework. If they find that their notes are not serious, they are asked to attend the class again. The extended reading materials at the back of each unit require students to use the reading methods learned in this unit to guide and comment after reading.

6? Make good use of two questions, feedback reading effect and improve reading ability. One is to think about problems after class, and the other is to look at exercises. Teacher Wang Songzhou's series of lectures during the epidemic period emphasized that thinking after class is the best starting point to interpret the teaching materials and the editor's intention to guide how to teach. Prepare lessons before class and ponder over the design intention of the editor of after-class thinking questions. Homework after class encourages students to think hard. For the reading questions in the exercise book, it is emphasized that students should not copy the answers and be afraid of making mistakes. In constant revision, I think repeatedly, leaving traces of my true thinking.

7? Teach students the thinking method in exercises and break through the difficulties in exercises.

Before each exercise, step by step and distribute instructions. The teacher first takes the text of this unit as an example, and breaks down the practice methods of this unit into each lesson to guide students to learn. Then, according to the content and methods of the text, teach them to make mind maps. In the last practice time, after the practice guidance class, the first step is for students to draw their own mind maps, and the second step is to write a composition according to the mind maps. The third step is to urge students to modify exercises according to their own mind maps and teachers' suggestions. Until every student's homework passes. The fourth step is to edit the excellent works to stimulate the enthusiasm of the works.

8? Open the audio channel of classroom Chinese to enrich the reading content. During the Spring Festival, because many children were isolated in the countryside, they could not get books to read. I opened a Chinese audio channel in the Himalayas. Every time I record news and heroic stories about the COVID-19 epidemic for my classmates. In order to test the effect, a three-minute test question is also designed. Later, after the epidemic, I mainly recorded Tang poetry and Song poetry to explain the story about poetry to children. It greatly stimulated children's interest and won the praise of parents.

9? Leading students to break through the bottleneck period in home visits.

? Online learning has been going on for three months. Judging from the first round of home visits, some children are more or less tired of learning. Parents want to return to work, but there is nothing they can do about their children's study. So, I discussed with the class teacher and set aside two days a week to make unannounced visits to my classmates. On the one hand, we can check the real situation of online learning, on the other hand, we can communicate with students in home visits and narrow the distance between teachers and students. Provide on-site guidance for students with learning difficulties, help them psychologically and guide them out of the bottleneck period of online learning.

There is still a long way to go in Xiu Yuan. Network teaching is still a new research topic for me, and I will continue to study it in the future, and strive to optimize teaching methods and improve teaching quality.
