Therefore, in order to make a smooth and rapid transition between primary school teachers and junior high school teachers, let primary school graduates enter junior high school quickly and smoothly to adapt to junior high school learning, and let their potential be fully developed, our school has carried out a study on the connection education between primary and secondary schools with the help of the class model of grade six in junior high school.

1. Make overall arrangements and integrate advantages.

Taking advantage of the unified management of primary schools and education committees, our school adopted a gradual transition method to move the sixth grade of primary schools to junior high schools, and this sixth grade changed from a graduating class of primary schools to a preparatory class of junior high schools. This integration provides us with the greatest convenience in the connection of teaching content, study habits and methods.

2. Early intervention, multi-pronged approach

First of all, choose teachers, attend lectures and do research.

The selection of teachers has been determined, and the school has formulated relevant teaching and research systems. It is not less than15 to receive teachers from primary schools; During this period, it is necessary to communicate with teachers in grades 4 and 5 in a planned and targeted manner. Through lectures and teaching research, we can know and master our educational objects in advance, systematically understand and master the current situation of primary school education and teaching, the arrangement system, basic contents and requirements of current primary school textbooks, grasp the initiative of convergence and transition, and build a golden bridge for students.

According to students' age and psychological characteristics, different teaching methods are adopted to inspire students' thinking.
