First of all, study the teaching materials and prepare lessons carefully.
As we all know, we should make full preparations before each class, study the teaching materials, dig deep into the key points, difficulties and test sites of the senior high school entrance examination, carefully design classroom exercises and homework, and carefully design teaching links. Although I have taught for more than ten years, I will go through the process of class before each class, including what to talk about first, what to talk about later, where to practice and what kind of exercises to produce. More importantly, how do we teach students to make them more receptive and willing to learn? The latter is also me. For example, where do I need to talk, where do I need students to discuss and communicate, what do I need to remind students to pay attention to, and so on. All aspects should be considered. Only with clear thinking and adequate preparation can we have confidence in class and deal with random problems flexibly.
Second, strictly grasp the classroom, improve classroom efficiency
1. Cultivation of good study habits. Wei Shusheng said: "Learning is to develop good study habits." Since the first class, I have strictly grasped the habit of attending classes. Learning to listen is the first step in learning to learn. I should not only listen to the teacher's lecture, but also listen to the students' explanations. If you don't listen, I can stop talking or slow down until I get into the good habit of class. As long as we start from bit by bit, down-to-earth, persistent, and constantly consolidate and strengthen in teaching, it will have a multiplier effect on our future teaching.
2. Combine kindness with kindness, so that children can respect you and like you at the same time. I am very strict with my students. At the beginning of the first class, I put forward strict requirements for students to learn mathematics, repeatedly stressing. A few days after class, the students told me, teacher, you are too dignified. However, strict and strict, students are more relaxed in my class. Before the child wants to study, we need to create a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere for him. So I think more about how to make children study happily. We should "fight wits and wits" with students. We have to find a way to make our children listen to us, and we can't be angry ourselves. Only when children want to learn by themselves can classroom efficiency be effectively improved. For example, on the day of the parent-teacher conference, I had three classes in our class. The students didn't feel tired, and neither did I. The reason is that we all achieved the expected results and felt a sense of accomplishment, so time naturally passed quickly. To be honest, this is due to team cooperation. If I teach all three classes, not only will I be tired, but also the students will be annoyed, so I will encourage the students to speak. After the students finish speaking, praise and boasting should be to the point, not too general.
3. Respect students, let them feel the joy of success and cultivate their self-confidence. Students are proud. When I ask a student, I usually think he can answer, so I ask him. If I don't think he can answer, I won't give him an ugly face on purpose. This will hinder their study.
It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. Thinking method is the soul of mathematics, and mathematical thinking method and problem-solving skills should be constantly infiltrated in the classroom. There are too many math problems, and math is very flexible. If you blindly play sea tactics, it is completely impossible not to talk about methods and skills. Mathematics is mainly the training of thinking. If students can master certain methods and skills, they will draw inferences from others and use them flexibly. For example, the practical application of problems is mainly to let students learn how to analyze problems and how to analyze them. If you can list, you can draw pictures or something. When I talk about solving numerical problems with lists, students can migrate to age problems, distribution problems, allocation problems and so on, so methods are more important than knowledge.
Third, find problems through homework, pay attention to details and implement them effectively.
Small things make great things, and details make perfection. -David packard (founder of HP) did not implement it, and everything was empty talk; Without implementation, there will be no success. When I correct my homework, I always distinguish right from wrong. Distribute and correct the mistakes separately, then collect and correct them, and guide the students to find their own mistakes and practice them repeatedly. If a student in my class misses multiplication as soon as he gets on the denominator and makes four or five mistakes in his homework, I will call him separately and let the students tell the reasons for the mistakes themselves. As a result, he rarely missed multiplication later. There is also a student in five classes, all of whom made mistakes in moving things, and the same is true.
Fourth, pay attention to summary and reflection.
If you can set aside five minutes in each class for students to sort out their knowledge, sum up their thinking methods and skills, and find out the problems that remind students to pay attention to, you can sublimate your knowledge and improve your personal ability. However, it seems that we don't have enough time in each class, so we are missing a few minutes. In fact, no matter how good we speak, we are not as good as students. So we should talk less and concentrate, mainly on guidance and instruction. Let students do specific work, we just need to leave them enough time.
Five, cooperation * * * win, give full play to the advantages of collective lesson preparation.
"It is not spring that stands out from the crowd, but spring blossoms." Facts have proved that a person's strength is limited, and the collective strength is infinite. Only by uniting and cooperating can we complement each other and get twice the result with half the effort.
In order to teach high school mathematics well, we must first have an overall grasp and understanding of the new curriculum standards and new textbooks, so as to systematize knowledge, pay attention to the relationship between knowledge and knowledge, and form a knowledge framework; Secondly, it is necessary to understand the current situation and cognitive structure of students and their knowledge level at this stage, so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude; In classroom teaching, we should also deal with the relationship between teachers' teaching and students' learning. Second, we should be able to highlight key points and solve difficulties.

Fourth, according to the specific content, choose the appropriate teaching methods.
Each class has its own teaching tasks and goals. As the saying goes, "there is a method for teaching, but there is no fixed method". Teachers should be able to use teaching methods flexibly with the changes of teaching content, teaching objects and teaching equipment. There are many methods of mathematics teaching. For new teaching, we often use teaching methods to impart new knowledge to students. In solid geometry, we often show students geometric models or verify geometric conclusions by demonstration. For example, before teaching solid geometry, students are required to make a geometric model of a cube with lead wire, and observe the relative positional relationship between the sides, the angle formed by each side of the cube and the diagonal line of each side. In this way, when teaching the positional relationship between two straight lines in space, they can be explained intuitively through these geometric models. In addition, we can flexibly adopt various teaching methods such as talking, reading guidance, homework, exercises, etc. in combination with the classroom content. In a class, sometimes multiple teaching methods are used at the same time. "There is no fixed method in teaching, what is important is proper method". As long as it can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their enthusiasm for learning, it will help to cultivate students' thinking ability and help them master and use what they have learned. This is a good teaching method.

The purpose of the new high school curriculum is to pay attention to the development of students. Sixth, give full play to students' main role and arouse their enthusiasm for learning.
Students are the main body of learning, and teachers should start teaching around students. In the teaching process, let students play a leading role from beginning to end, let students change passive learning into active learning, let students become the masters of learning and teachers become the leaders of learning. In a class, the teacher talks as little as possible and asks the students to use their hands and brains more. When I graduated, every time I went to class, I saw that students often had to think for a long time to find an answer to a question. I was a little impatient and couldn't help telling them the way when they were about to make an answer. This will easily lead to students' dependence on teachers, which is not conducive to cultivating students' independent thinking ability and the formation of new methods. Students' thinking itself is a resource pool, and students often come up with unexpected good methods.
Seven, pay attention to basic knowledge, basic skills and basic methods.
As we all know, in recent years, the novelty and flexibility of mathematics test questions are getting stronger and stronger. Many teachers and students focus on the more difficult comprehensive problems, thinking that only by solving difficult problems can they cultivate their abilities, thus relatively ignoring the teaching of basic knowledge, basic skills and basic methods. Come up with formulas and theorems in a hurry in teaching, or train students through a large number of topics by telling an example in a hurry. In fact, the process of deducing theorems and formulas contains important problem-solving methods and laws. Teachers did not fully expose the thinking process and explore its inherent laws, so they asked students to do problems and tried to "realize" some truths by asking students to do a lot of problems. As a result, most students can't "understand" methods and laws, and their understanding is superficial, their memory is weak, they can only imitate mechanically, their thinking level is low, and sometimes they even copy mechanically; Draw a gourd ladle and complicate simple problems. If the teacher is too careless in teaching or the students don't know much about the basic knowledge in learning, they will make mistakes in the examination. Many students said that there are too many test questions now, and they often can't solve all the test papers, and the speed of solving problems mainly depends on the proficiency and ability of basic skills and methods. It can be seen that while paying attention to the implementation of basic knowledge, we should also pay attention to the cultivation of basic skills and methods.
8. Infiltrate teaching methods and cultivate comprehensive application ability.
Commonly used mathematical thinking methods include: reduction thought, classified discussion thought, combination of numbers and shapes and matching method, method of substitution, undetermined coefficient method, reduction to absurdity and so on. These basic ideas and methods are scattered in the chapters of middle school mathematics textbooks. In normal teaching, teachers should consciously and properly explain and infiltrate basic mathematical ideas and methods while imparting basic knowledge, so as to help students master scientific methods, so as to achieve the purpose of imparting knowledge and cultivating ability. It's the only way. Students can use what they have learned flexibly and comprehensively.
In short, in the mathematics classroom teaching under the background of the new curriculum, in order to improve students' learning efficiency in class for 45 minutes and improve teaching quality, we should think more and prepare more, make full use of teaching materials, prepare students, prepare teaching methods, improve our teaching wit and give play to our leading role.

I am in a particularly good mood this time. I can finish every class calmly every day and walk to the podium refreshed. The language is concise, the metaphor is vivid, and the examples are rich and practical, neat and clean. Students can concentrate on the teacher's lecture, use their brains to think seriously, speak enthusiastically and answer questions boldly. Under the infection of this good mood, it is so pleasing to see "naughty students" and treat "poor students" well. After a class, I feel very enjoyable, the students are very happy to learn, and the classroom effect is certainly good.
Of course, our teachers also have emotions, such as physical reasons, unsatisfactory work, family reasons, etc., which will lead to bad mood, so we should learn to adjust our emotions in class. If our mood is bad, we should adjust it in time and don't let it continue. If you find yourself in a bad mood before class, you can sit quietly for a while to divert your attention and adjust your mood; When you are in a bad mood because of an accident in class, you should give yourself hints and try to control your emotions, or you can pause a little, so as to stabilize your emotions and stabilize the classroom atmosphere. Second, give good classes and teach good books.
Teaching is our core work. Speaking of this topic, there are too many topics. I really don't know where to start. I think there is a very important reason why the teaching quality is different when the teaching skills of teachers are not much different, which is caused by the understanding and grasp of teaching materials. When we are listening to the class, we often find that different teachers have different sizes and breadth of the same knowledge point. Some teachers can go deep from the outside to the inside, covering a wide range, expanding students' knowledge and improving students' thinking. Some teachers just stop here and students will stop. Therefore, it is very important to prepare lessons well. We should not only consider the transfer and convergence of knowledge points and the breakthrough of difficulties, but also consider the students' learning situation. For example, we just learned a lesson a few days ago, the addition and subtraction of integer decimal. The content is very simple, that is, learning 203030667-4 and other types of calculations. At the beginning of preparing lessons, I feel that the teaching content is very relaxed, and students will definitely know. There is nothing to talk about, just practice more. But when you think about it, there are many problems. First, students in 2030 can't speak, but they must talk about liquidation. Come to think of it, this course is really not that easy. Because we made full preparations, this class achieved the expected effect. Only when we are fully prepared for every negative can we be comfortable in class.
Secondly, in the process of preparing lessons, I personally prefer to adapt the limited topics in the textbook, such as "multiple solutions to one problem", "multiple solutions to one problem", "multiple use of one method" and "multiple pictures and one picture", so as to examine students' reading ability and flexible problem-solving ability, provide students with broad thinking space and participation places, mobilize all students' positive factors, and show their thinking process through communication. As for the similar topics of textbooks and amusement parks, which one is the most representative, I will not focus on other topics. This method saves time, but does not affect the teaching effect.
Teaching mathematics means teaching methods and ideas. It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. For example, mathematics pays attention to transformation, so I pay great attention to the infiltration of this mathematical idea when I give lectures. Listening in math class is very important. I told the students that as long as they listen carefully in class, not doing homework will not affect their grades.
From the beginning of the first class, I told the students that, first, we should listen carefully to the teacher's requirements and lectures. The teacher will only say each knowledge point once and will not repeat it. The second is to learn to listen to students' voices. When children are young, they often only pay attention to the teacher's lectures and ignore the speeches of their peers. When others say it, they will answer it. If they let him speak, he is actually not as good as others. This habit cannot be corrected overnight. I often ask students to pay attention when answering the questions raised by the teacher, and think while listening: Is the classmate's answer right? If you have any questions, let yourself answer them. What should I say? Please raise your hand if you need to add or have different opinions, and stand up and express your different opinions if you are allowed. And it is clearly stipulated that raising your hand means: raise your hand first, then you can speak. For those students who listen carefully to others' speeches, actively question or put forward different opinions, praise them with great fanfare. Fourth, participate in collective lesson preparation and communicate with colleagues.

Our teaching and research group has a good habit. In addition to preparing lessons, attending lectures and evaluating classes, we often have short-term communication between classes. " It is also very helpful for my teaching to put forward my own doubts in teaching, and everyone can discuss with each other and brainstorm.
