Manually install macro packages with LaTeX distribution of Texlive (Texlive2020 in this article) under windows. This article does not use Tex Live Manager to install, so this method always fails to install+the speed is extremely slow+there must be macro packages on +CTAN. Manual installation can be quickly installed as long as there are macro packages. Sty file, you don't need to record macro package in CTAN.

LaTeX paths (target paths) of various macro packages: g: \ texlive 2020 \ texlive \ 2020 \ texmf-dist \ tex \ latex.
