We should attach great importance to the process of comprehensive quality evaluation, take the evaluation results as an important basis for students to evaluate their academic qualifications, graduation and further studies, and give full play to the positive role of comprehensive quality evaluation in education, teaching and school management. Students admitted to provincial model senior high schools must have a comprehensive quality evaluation of more than 3A, in which two dimensions of "moral quality" and "civic literacy" must reach A, and at most one of the six dimensions can reach C (the rest are above C). The qualification of junior high school graduates is recognized by the school and audited by the education administrative department of the county (city). The six dimensions of students' comprehensive quality evaluation are all C (including C) and above, and they can only graduate if they pass all subjects (including physical education and fine arts) or make-up exams in the academic examinations of junior high school graduates in this city. Encourage and support ordinary high schools to change the training mode and actively create characteristic schools. The proportion of students with the characteristics of music, body and beauty enrolled in provincial demonstration high schools without the characteristics of music, body and beauty shall not exceed 2% of the total plan, and must meet the requirements of the prescribed academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation.
