Who are the mathematicians in China?
Who are the famous mathematicians in China: Zhu Shijie, Jia Xian, Qin, Liu Hui, Zu Chongzhi, Hu Mingfu, Feng Zuxun, Jiang Lifu, Chen, Xiong Qinglai, Su, Xu Baoyu, Hua, Chen Shengshen, Lin Jiaqiao, Wu Wenjun, Chen Jingrun, Qiu Chengtong and Feng Kang?

1. Zu Chongzhi

Zu Chongzhi (429-500) was born in Wen Yuan. Jiankang (now Nanjing) was an outstanding mathematician and astronomer in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

Zu Chongzhi studied natural science all his life, mainly contributing to mathematics, astronomical calendar and mechanical manufacturing. On the basis of exploring the accurate method of pi pioneered by Liu Hui, he first calculated the "pi" to the seventh place after the decimal point, that is, between 3. 14 15926 and 3. 14 15927. His "ancestral rate" has made great contributions to mathematical research. It was not until the 6th century A.D./KLOC-that the Arab mathematician Al Cassie broke this record.

The Daming Calendar written by him was the most scientific and progressive calendar at that time, which provided a correct method for future astronomical research. His main works are In the Frontier, Composition, Explaining Words, Li Yi and so on.

2. Hua

Hua (1910.1.12-1985.6.12) is a native of Jintan District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, and his ancestral home is Danyang, Jiangsu. Mathematician, academician of China Academy of Sciences, foreign academician of American National Academy of Sciences, academician of Third World Academy of Sciences, academician of Bavarian Academy of Sciences of the Federal Republic of Germany. Member of the 1st-6th the NPC Standing Committee of China.

He is the founder and pioneer of China's analytic number theory, matrix geometry, canonical group, automorphism function theory and multivariate complex function theory, and is listed as one of the 88 great mathematicians in Chicago Science and Technology Museum. The international achievements in mathematical research include Fahrenheit theorem, Fahrenheit inequality and Hua Wang method.

3. Feng Zuxun

Feng Zuxun (1880- 1940) is a math educator. One of the early representatives of modern mathematics education in China. 19 1 1 years later, he served as the head of the department of mathematics in Peking University for many times, and made great contributions to spreading the knowledge of modern mathematics in China.

4. Feng Kang

Feng Kang (1September 9, 920-1August 993 17), born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, born in Nanjing, Jiangsu, is a mathematician, the founder and pioneer of China finite element method, the founder and pioneer of computational mathematics research, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, and the founder, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Computing Center of China Academy of Sciences.

Feng Kang 1944 graduated from National Central University; 65438-0945, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematical Physics, Fudan University. 65438-0946 worked as a teaching assistant in the Physics Department of Tsinghua University. 195 1, transferred to the teaching assistant of the Department of Mathematics; 195 1 was transferred to the Institute of Mathematics of China Academy of Sciences as an assistant researcher, and then studied in Czechoslovakia Institute of Mathematics of the Soviet Union.

1957 transferred to Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; 1965 published a paper entitled "Difference Scheme Based on Variational Principle", which was regarded by international academic circles as an important milestone in China's independent development of "Finite Element Method". 1978 Director of Computing Center of China Academy of Sciences; 1980 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences; 1993 died in Beijing on August 17; 1997 Feng Kang's symplectic geometry algorithm of Hamiltonian system won the first prize of the National Natural Science Award.

5. Wu Wenjun

Wu Wenjun (1912 May-20, 200917 May),1912 was born in Shanghai in May 2009, and his ancestral home was in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Mathematician, Academician of China Academy of Sciences, Mathematics and System Science of China Academy of Sciences.

Wu Wenjun graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Jiaotong University, 1949, and received his doctorate from the University of Strasbourg. 1957 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences; 199 1 Elected as an academician of the Third World Academy of Sciences; The winner of Tan Kah Kee Science Award, 5438+0 in February 2006, was awarded the highest national science and technology award in 2000.

Wu Wenjun's research work involves many fields of mathematics, and his main achievements are in topology and mathematical mechanization. He did basic work for topology; His research on instruction and instruction is called "Wu Formula", "Wu Instruction Class" and "Wu Instruction Class" by the international mathematics community, and it is still widely quoted by international peers.

20 17 at 7: 00 on may 7th, Wu Wenjun died in Beijing at the age of 98.
