The types recommended by the evaluation of supplementary teaching materials are mainly synchronous workbooks matched with the primary and secondary school textbooks used in this province. Synchronous workbooks compiled and published according to textbooks with copyright enjoyed by others shall be authorized by the copyright owner according to law, and supplementary teaching materials for homework in winter and summer vacations, junior high school and senior high school graduation examinations can also be evaluated and recommended according to teaching needs.
The subjects and grades of recommended supplementary materials shall be determined by the provincial education administrative department. The appraisal and publication of teaching materials should strictly implement the relevant national price policies. Where supplementary teaching materials are provided free of charge, the types and scope of supplementary teaching materials can be determined by themselves.
Students must adhere to the principle of voluntariness when purchasing supplementary teaching materials. No unit or individual may force schools or students to buy any supplementary materials in any form or in disguised form, and may not enter schools to publicize, recommend and sell any supplementary materials. Students voluntarily purchase locally recommended teaching materials, and the school applies for procurement, and the school can purchase them in a unified way, provide good services, and may not profit from them. Other teaching AIDS are purchased by students and parents themselves in the market, and the school does not provide purchasing service.
