Brief introduction of laboratory
Mathematics laboratory is the experimental center of mathematics department and the laboratory of national engineering mathematics teaching base. Focusing on teaching experiments, the department offers four courses, namely C language programming, data structure, VC++ programming and mathematical software, mainly SAS, Mathematica and Matlab. The laboratory undertakes the algorithm design experiment and postgraduate computer for four courses in four grades of the department. To undertake the teaching reform project of national engineering mathematics teaching base, advanced mathematics of mathematics software, mathematics experiment and computer practice tasks. At most, there are more than 40 classes, 1200 students. The laboratory has more than 50,000 experimental hours every year. The laboratory is also the training base of the school mathematical model competition, and the annual national mathematical model competition and the American mathematical model competition are located in the laboratory. The laboratory, which integrates teaching and experiment, is the place where students learn all kinds of mathematical software, build mathematical models, explore and design algorithms, which plays an important role in improving students' practical ability and problem-solving ability.
multimedia instruction
Use two-way multimedia teaching method. The teacher attends class on the teacher's computer and broadcasts the screen content of the teacher's computer to each student's computer. Every student wears headphones on his computer, watches the teacher's operation and demonstration clearly and vividly, and can practice and practice on his computer immediately. If students have problems or can't operate, they can contact the class teacher immediately through the hand-raising device, and the class teacher can directly control the students' machines on the teacher's computer, which is very intuitive to answer questions for students.
