In this round of reform, why did the trend of independent proposition in different provinces, which was initiated on the grounds of sharing the safety risks of college entrance examination and reflecting the educational characteristics of different places, gradually return to the track of national unified proposition? Professor Cheng of the School of Education of Renmin University of China analyzed that the research foundation of examination proposition technology in different provinces is uneven, and many provinces may not have the conditions to do a good job of discriminating and credibility proposition alone. In this context, "pendulum reform has made a comeback".
"The reform of the college entrance examination should be done well, and the reform of the content and method of the examination is very important." Zhong Binglin also said that the college entrance examination proposition mainly examines students' comprehensive knowledge, ability to analyze and solve problems and comprehensive quality. How to better reflect these themes in the proposition requires a team of experts to conduct long-term research according to the basic education curriculum standards and the talent selection standards in colleges and universities, so as to formulate high-quality examination papers.
The construction of expert team, expert database and test question bank needs special examination institutions to complete. Therefore, adding some provinces with national propositions can make the college entrance examination more scientific and standardized, which is good for students.
What is certain is that the content of the college entrance examination will change from the independent proposition of each province to the national unified proposition and "one outline and multiple volumes" in most provinces, which will improve the proposition level of the college entrance examination paper, including the discrimination, scientificity and rigor of the test questions.
