We only use a small part of our physical and mental resources ... because of this, human potential is enormous. Let the students understand and believe that "human potential can be developed and utilized." It is found that those who are called geniuses by the world only develop their own potential. For example, Einstein, a great scientist in the 20th century, after his death, scientists studied his brain and found that his brain was no different from ordinary people. This shows that the success of Einstein's career is not that his brain is different, but that he has developed his potential of less than 10%. Each of us has a brain with unlimited potential, an inexhaustible treasure, and what kind of person we will eventually become depends on society and ourselves to explore and develop.
In my class, I put the education of "self-potential" development into math class, so that my students can confidently say "I can do it, I can do it". Educational psychology believes that interest is the catalyst of learning and the internal motivation for students to engage in learning activities. It can promote students to sprout a strong thirst for knowledge, produce a kind of self-pursuit from the heart, and push them to actively explore, climb hard and forge ahead towards their own goals. Mathematics is a highly unified discipline of abstraction and generality. When students study mathematics, it is easy to get bored, thus weakening or even losing their interest in learning.
