Is "geometry" the same as "mathematics"
In terms of discipline nature, geometry and mathematics are not a discipline. Geometry, formerly known as metaphysics, studies the relationship between form, structure, meaning and reason (logic) of things, which belongs to the category of metaphysics. Mathematics, on the other hand, studies the quantitative, semantic and (logical) relations of things, which belongs to the more abstract and intentional category of lattice mathematics. Mathematics can be a kind of Taoism, a basic cultural tool and a quantitative formula. But metaphysics can only be the basis of physical science or basic physics. Because morphology, that is, geometry, uses more mathematical knowledge and principles, it was mistaken for the same subject or merged into one subject to study in ancient times. From the point of view of meaning (logic), this integration is incorrect, which is not conducive to the differentiation research in subject research. Therefore, we should construct "metaphysics" and "mathematics" respectively.
