What does it mean to be a graduate student?
The master of agriculture is a master of rural education.

In 2004, the "Master Plan" was launched, which is an important way to encourage and attract outstanding university graduates to serve rural education by recommending the policy orientation of studying for a master's degree in education without examination and the "special post plan". It is also an important measure to innovate the teacher training model and cultivate a large number of high-level and high-quality backbone teachers.

The training plan for master teachers of education in rural schools is to select some outstanding undergraduate graduates from universities with the qualification of recommending exemption master students, recruit them as "master plan" graduates, and sign contracts with the education administrative departments of local governments to be employed as formal teachers within the establishment.

Postgraduates of "Master Program" first teach in rural schools at or below the county level for three years, study while working, and learn basic postgraduate courses through modern distance education and concentrated face-to-face lectures in winter and summer vacations. Then, go to colleges and universities to study the core courses for one year and complete the defense of master's thesis in education. When I graduate, I will get a master's diploma and a master's degree certificate in education.
