Step 1: Cut the hard card into a circle. Step 2: Pass a hard, sharp and thin pillar through the center of the circle. (such as toothpicks)

Step 3: If it doesn't turn, replace the card with a lighter circular piece of paper, or use a rough toothpick as a spindle. Effect: a pillar in the middle and a round piece of paper outside.
