Under the same conditions, the contribution of employment is confirmed by the final judgment, and the achievements of major national projects, national key scientific and technological projects, 973 projects, 863 projects, national natural science foundation projects and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects are given priority. When submitting a manuscript, please be sure to specify the scientific research project and its number in detail.
Submission instructions:
1, only the first draft is published, and the contribution should be innovative, and no research papers unrelated to the scientific and technological development of oil and gas storage and transportation industry will be published. Research papers with unclear research purpose, no innovation in research methods, no bright spots in research results and no guidance are generally not adopted.
2. The manuscript is responsible for itself, and the author is invited to accept and pass the confidentiality review of the unit. When necessary, the confidential patent department of the unit shall be requested to issue a legal certificate.
3. All contributions are subject to "CNKI Academic Misconduct Inspection", and manuscripts with repetition rate over 30% and no reasonable explanation will be directly withdrawn; In case of "multiple submissions for one manuscript" or "second publication", the relevant responsible person will be investigated for reviewing and editing, and the manuscript of the relevant responsible person shall not be published within 2 years, and the right to notify the relevant responsible person or resort to law is reserved.
