(1) ctrl+a Select all documents, and then click the menu bar-Start-Paragraph and the red box mark button.
② The paragraph interface pops up, and we can set the line spacing, which can be single line spacing or other, or we can directly fill in the specific value, such as 20 pounds (we can find the rule after repeated attempts).
Adjust the spacing between paragraphs:
This is called adjusting paragraph spacing. In order to avoid monotony and rigidity, and do not want the spacing between all paragraphs to be the same, you can follow the following methods:
① Place the cursor on the first line of the next paragraph, or select a paragraph and right-click it to open the paragraph setting interface.
② Choose an appropriate value after paragraph spacing, such as 0.5 lines. See the effect after confirmation, which is different from other segment spacing.
Adjust the spacing between one line and another in a paragraph:
① Move the cursor to the end of this line, and "force" to add a carriage return, with no spaces on the next line. At this point, it will be assumed by default that these are two different paragraphs. Place the cursor on the previous line and set the paragraph back distance.
② Enter a suitable value at will, and see the effect after confirmation.
