How to use excel to classify data statistically?
In Excel, in addition to data entry, it is sometimes necessary to make independent statistics on certain types of data. The following is the method I brought about on how to use excel for data statistics and classification. Welcome to read!

How to use excel to make statistics and classification of data;

Step 1: Open the excel file you need to operate, switch to the interface of Sheet 1 you need, and then position the mouse in the required cell.

Step 2: Then change the menu bar interface at the top of the interface from the original? Start? Switch to? Data? In the interface, find one? Mathematics and trigonometric functions? option

? Step 3: Click? Mathematics and trigonometric functions? The small triangle icon below the option, select the SUMIF function in its drop-down directory, and click to enter its setting interface.

Step 4: Set the interface for it as shown below. In the first space, select the category range of data to be counted, that is, the cell of A 10:A43 (absolute address is required in the setting, press F4 to switch).

Step 5: Fill in the category you need to count now in the second blank, that is, cell I 12. The following figure shows the effect.

Step 6: The third blank is the statistical data range, that is, cell B 10:B43, but the absolute address should also be converted, and press F4, as shown below.
