For example, the students in Mr. Wang's class are more active, so we can focus on some open questions or enlarge the openness of the questions in the setting of the pre-tasks, or let the students realize the application of mathematics in various fields through the connection between disciplines, aiming at making students think with their brains, stimulating the sparks of thinking and making them learn better; For another example, the level of students in Mr. Chen's class varies greatly. We always think that pre-task is different from pre-class preparation. Its topic should be clear, have a certain generality or outline, and have questions that students can produce. In the same class, the preparatory group of Grade One in Senior High School carried out a heterogeneous activity of "solving binary linear equations by addition and subtraction", focusing on the setting of pre-tasks. For example, in Director Pan's class, students are asked to write equations with the same unknowns and opposite coefficients, and then students are asked to solve them, so as to discover and summarize the characteristics and solutions of such equations. In Mr. Jiang's class, we start with a set of equations that can be solved by method of substitution and addition and subtraction, and turn the unknown knowledge into known knowledge to discuss. No matter which part you focus on, teachers are required to adhere to the "fundamental" principle, grasp the main line of knowledge, identify the key points and difficulties of teaching, and enable students to complete most of the knowledge points.
In the setting of all pre-tasks, teachers are required to be familiar with curriculum standards and teaching materials before preparing lessons carefully. Here, we speak our views on the problem freely, and sometimes we argue about which is the pre-task. In 2020, I was lucky enough to join the Chinese preparation group of Grade Two in Senior High School. The teachers in the Chinese preparation group of Senior Two are all teachers with rich teaching experience and excellent teaching results. Every teacher has his own teaching characteristics: Mr. Yu Rainbow is rich in professional knowledge and experience and meticulous in his work; Teacher Li Jianmei is good at arousing students' learning enthusiasm and works carefully. Teacher Liu Zhiyong has a wide range of knowledge and loves reading. She works with her brain. As a member of the preparatory group, I am full of admiration.
The teaching content of senior two is complicated and varied. It is necessary not only to complete the regular teaching of compulsory five, but also to offer elective contents of Tang poetry and historical records. The class hours are tight and there are many contents, which are difficult to deal with. Our Chinese teachers all have the feeling of "high jump two" teaching. At the same time, senior two is the prelude to senior three, so we should pay attention to the connection with the college entrance examination in advance and make more efforts in the arrangement and explanation of the content. Facing the characteristics of Chinese in Senior Two, when preparing lessons collectively, we decided to work hard on comprehensive exercises every week.
Comprehensive test questions should be closely related to the textbook, but higher than the textbook. Let students understand that a good Chinese class is very important, but simple rote memorization will get twice the result with half the effort. Therefore, the comprehensive test questions are for teaching, not divorced from textbook teaching. It is thoughtful and easy to say, but it is really not easy to write such a question. Because many questions can't be used as questions, teachers need to compile them themselves, especially the first five questions, which are very troublesome to compile and take a lot of effort to typeset (teachers who have taught Chinese must feel the same way). The teachers in our group are well aware of this difficulty, but no one refuses, and whoever comes up with the question can do it on time according to the requirements set after discussion. I was touched by several questions, and students felt that such questions were very targeted.
Of course, this is not a teacher's problem, so other teachers can stand by and watch. After the teacher who gave the question took it out, other teachers did it again first, and predicted the students' examination situation according to the teacher's question, providing direction for the next teacher to give the question, making up for the weak links of the students' knowledge in the last test paper and avoiding repeating the question. In fact, there is knowledge continuity between each set of comprehensive questions.
Although every teacher in the Chinese language group in Senior Two has a different personality, we have the same attitude towards work and students. Seeking common ground while reserving differences will send out a strong sound of harmony.
Analysis of mid-term exam results: the development between classes is balanced, the content in class is well mastered, the teaching process of teachers is feasible, and the students review in place. Modern Chinese reading and poetry appreciation lose more points, mainly because students have just entered high school and have not mastered the relevant skills, so time will bring them progress. There are not many excellent compositions, and the talent shown in the paper is not enough.
Positive aspects:
1, unity and cooperation, harmonious atmosphere. As old teachers, Wu Yazhong and Zhai Yuanxiang enthusiastically guide young teachers, and their classes are open at any time. For the problems in the teaching process, everyone can discuss them at any time and pay attention to collective preparation.

According to the new curriculum standards, combined with the autonomy of teaching given by our independent examination system, we should accept the suggestions of the teaching and research section, make bold choices, determine the teaching content of compulsory one, supplement the teaching content at the same time, and optimize the teaching content and teaching process with all our efforts.
