In this team, everyone works hard and makes progress with the team. At first, our team was not so coordinated and orderly, and many things seemed to be a mess at first. Because I didn't know the local situation before, the plan I made before I went could not be directly implemented. After on-the-spot investigation and understanding, we discussed and formulated a feasible scheme in a short time, and coordinated every link, so as to become orderly in the next teaching. Of course, everyone cooperated well.

As the person in charge of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, I not only actively organized collective activities in the early stage, but also walked out of the school gate and integrated into the local society, and I cherish the understanding of local culture and customs. Knowing the situation of local students, such practical opportunities, let me cherish very much. Although during more than a month's summer internship, our group just started teaching online this year because of the epidemic, Yugeng Village in Taizhou City ushered in a rainstorm after the typhoon, and we endured the days without internet and water. However, according to our research, our activities in rural areas are still not stagnant, and we actively respond to the slogan of "going to the countryside and always on the road".

We started teaching online for a week, and then our group came to Yugeng Village.

In order to actively cooperate with the theme activity of "Fighting Epidemic —— Holding Hands in New Countryside, Caring for Left-behind Children", from July 20th to August 25th, aiming at the left-behind children in Yugeng Village due to recent economic development, our teaching content focused on promoting popular science knowledge and raising health and safety awareness, actively guiding children to care for others, families and hometown, and taking various activities as the carrier to improve their knowledge and cultural level. At the same time, our own practical ability, creative ability and communication ability have also been exercised and improved. The specific content is reported as follows:

I. Planning and implementation of activities

(1) Offering "Science Common Sense Course". Teach children some simple natural science knowledge through small examples in daily life, let children explain natural phenomena with scientific principles, and let children love science; By teaching children basic survival skills, safety knowledge and traffic rules, children can learn to protect themselves in life and grow up healthily. (4) Offering "Music Class". By playing guitar in class, we can stimulate children's interest in learning music and guide them to master the basic knowledge of notes and the methods of playing musical instruments. During the period, some interactive games were interspersed to entertain and educate.

(5) Offering "Arts and Crafts Courses". By teaching children origami, paper-cutting and jigsaw puzzles, they can exercise their hands-on ability and innovation ability.

(6) Offering "physical exercise classes". By explaining interesting things about the Olympic Games and the Asian Games, we can explain sports knowledge and competition rules to children, and cultivate their interest in sports activities and team spirit of helping each other. Because of the temporary power failure in the school, the group decided to hold a "fun sports meeting", so our teaching group was divided into four teams, led by the head teacher and assisted by a subject teacher, leading the children to participate in various sports competitions. August 6 th

Among them, I am personally responsible for explaining China's geographical knowledge and puzzles, and teaching a small group of English cards. Three. Problems and solutions in activities

(1) In this activity, we didn't know the work of other groups in detail, so we couldn't ask other members for support in time to increase manpower and control the scene when we were short of manpower. Therefore, to complete the work, we should not only keep abreast of the dynamics in the group, but also pay close attention to the situation of other groups, so that when there is a problem with manpower, we can immediately mobilize manpower and unite with each other.

(2) the plan can't keep up with the change. The whole process of this activity is full of variables. The increase in the number of people, the limited space, power outages, storms and other factors will break the whole plan and need to be adjusted in time. Therefore, due to the sudden situation, we need to make comprehensive consideration, make full preparations and do both.

(3) Because most team members have no family education experience and have little contact with children, they are worried that the teaching quality will not pass. Therefore, when we are in school, we should collect the teaching plan materials of various subjects and have a three-minute practice between classes, so that everyone can comment on each other and promote each other, so as to ensure the quality pass.

Because we made a detailed teaching plan and deployment before carrying out the activities of teaching in the countryside. Prepare for the activity. Moreover, colorful contents such as singing and games are inserted into various classes, and their teaching methods are adjusted in time according to students' interest characteristics, so that teaching and interaction are combined, general education and individual counseling are combined, knowledge transfer and games and entertainment are combined, and teaching is entertaining and the teaching effect is remarkable. We also have many shortcomings:

(A) the lack of backup plan:

In this teaching process, many temporary changes have taken place. For example, the computer doesn't work. We should have considered these problems before, and the backup plan of the teaching and research group is very important.

(B) part of the unreasonable curriculum arrangements, to a certain extent, affected the enthusiasm of students:

For example, the courses of Chinese, mathematics and English have three classes in a row, which makes the original vivid culture class dull. You can consider increasing interactive prizes at the same time, or taking three classes separately to give students buffer time.

(c) insufficient communication between the teaching group and other groups;

As a bridge between students and team members, the class teacher must be familiar with the work arrangements of other groups. However, the class teacher in charge of this trip to the countryside is not very familiar with the arrangement of each group, and often receives the notice very temporarily, and then gives the notice to the students without knowing it very well.

During the period of going to the countryside, the teaching group spent little time together as a group. Teaching groups, especially class teachers, need to get together to share and communicate, but we find that such opportunities are rare.

The course of Yu Gengxing's summer social practice has gradually left us, but everything in Yu Gengxing's village is still vivid, as if it happened yesterday. More than a month's time is only a few thousandths of life for everyone, but it is 100% for each of us. It is our precious wealth, our eternal memory and unforgettable experience. ...

At the same time, it also made me deeply realize how important the responsibility as a teacher is. When students are noisy, it is not easy to calm them down, let them listen carefully, and let students accept and improve what they say well.

The children's performance these days left a deep impression on us, especially their love for learning and enthusiasm after seeing us. On the first day I saw them, small figures appeared in front of us from time to time to help us carry supplies. In the next few days of teaching, some children felt very sad and sorry that they could not come to class because the quota was full. Seeing their living environment, learning conditions and their childish feelings makes me want to teach them everything I know. There is also a child who is close to me, called Sister Jiahui, or a teacher. At that time, she was very excited. They can remember our names and call us so enthusiastically. It was also that moment that I was moved by that kind of enthusiasm and innocence. At that time, I wished I could stay longer and spend more time with them.

The most unforgettable thing is the last class. The warmth and deep affection filled the whole classroom. Some students left tears at this moment but didn't let people see them. Everyone knows that we can't bear to part with our children, and our children can't bear to part with us. However, tomorrow, we must leave, and we can't take the children back. At this moment, the warm classroom is full of love and everyone's heart. We use paper cranes and stars instead of us, write down our wishes and blessings, put them in glass bottles, and use that small bottle to witness our feelings with our children. And send the stationery and dictionaries that we collectively bought for the children, and write down our deep blessings, hoping that the children can walk well in the next road. Leave a photo with us and a smiling face with the camera to record our happy time.

After returning to the hotel, we read what the teaching children wrote to us in my questionnaire. They said: "Brothers and sisters, thank you for coming from Xiangtan to teach us happiness, and we will never forget you;" Today, you are leaving, and I am reluctant to leave. In this case, our one-month trip to teach in summer vacation will be more valuable.

For children, after seeing their living environment, we not only hope to bring them knowledge, but also hope to bring them a sense of life, interest in learning and team spirit, so that everyone's mind is not only the present life, but also thinking about the future; I also hope to communicate with them more, understand their inner things, give them spiritual help and establish deeper friendship with them; I hope they have the courage to face new life and new ups and downs.

The conditions here are tough, but they can also exercise us more.
