Let the trigonometric function be:

y = Asinwx

= Asin(wx+2π) plus 2π does not affect the result.

= Asinw(x + 2π/w)

In other words, X becomes x+2π/w, which does not affect the result. 2π/w becomes a full stop.

The previous 2π does not affect the result, and 2π is the period, which is the period of the whole phase;

The current period 2π/w is converted into a period based on spatial distance.

So, there are three cycles:

1, phase period after conversion;

2. Spatial period of transformation;

3. Time period of conversion.
