First, stimulate interest in learning
Interest is the best teacher. In the process of teaching, I try to create situations to make students interested in mathematics. For example, when teaching "interest", we should start with the pocket money that students are interested in, so that students can clearly understand the significance of depositing money in the bank during discussion and communication; When talking about "scale", introduce it from students' favorite photography activities, so that they can understand the same truth in the activities of exchange and discussion; When teaching "quantitative relationship", let them tell their whole shopping process and other activities, and realize that quantitative relationship comes from real life.
Second, pay attention to process teaching.
The evaluation of students runs through the whole process of teaching activities. Evaluate students' learning from a developmental perspective, and don't be stingy with "you are great!" "You really have a mind of your own!" "It's clearer than the teacher!" "Great progress!" "You are amazing!" But praise is moderate and reasonable. Be tolerant and encouraging of unsatisfactory speeches. "Think again, you can do it." In short, evaluation should really play an incentive role, so that every student can experience the happiness of success through evaluation, rather than encouraging impetuous style of study.
Third, pay attention to the inquiry process.
Let students experience, feel, form skills and develop harmoniously in the process. Ask the students to deduce the formula in geometry, collect and sort out the data, and guess the probability. When learning the "preliminary understanding of scores", guide students to prepare materials and create their own scores ... As long as students can work hard to achieve it, teachers will never replace them.
Fourth, establish a sense of innovation.
If the education in China is not good, why do China students win many first prizes in various Olympic competitions? Just like a book says: Our education wins at the beginning and loses at the end. Kindergarten "obedient education" and primary and secondary school "exam-oriented education", how can we expect our students to innovate in universities? Therefore, innovative education should implement teachers' educational ideas, and basic educators should shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating students' innovative consciousness.
In short, in the face of the new curriculum, we educators must establish the awareness of lifelong learning, take the school as their own learning place and the classroom as their own position, constantly study and reflect on their own education and teaching in practice, reorganize their own knowledge and experience, and use our wisdom and love to achieve "everyone learns valuable mathematics", "different people learn different mathematics" and "everyone develops on different foundations" in the classroom.
