1. If the phone is turned on to find the phone, you can reset the password by looking for the phone. The reset method is as follows: enter the browser, enter: OPPO cloud service login, then log in to the OPPO account, click to find the phone, click to lock the phone, reset the password, and enter a new password to unlock it after the transmission is successful.
2. If the phone is not turned on, unlock the phone with fingerprints or faces, and then reset the password through the cloud service website. The reset method is the same as the method 1.
3. In the Settings-Fingerprint and Password interface, enter the wrong password for 5 times, and after counting down for 30 seconds, click "Fingerprint Reset Password" at the bottom of the interface to reset the password.
4. After restarting the phone, enter the wrong password five times in the lock screen interface. After counting down for 30 seconds, click "Fingerprint Reset Password" at the bottom of the interface to reset the password.
5. If all the above methods fail, please bring the warranty card (if not, you can bring a copy of your ID card) to the local official OPPO customer service center to refresh the password.
Hymn "Fingerprint Reset Password" is currently only supported by some models, and the "Fingerprint Reset Password" menu will not be displayed for unsupported models.
