Gardner believes that human intelligence can be divided into at least eight categories: language intelligence, mathematical logic intelligence, spatial intelligence, body movement intelligence, music intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, self-cognitive intelligence and natural cognitive intelligence.
Specific contents of eight categories: Language intelligence refers to the ability to effectively express one's thoughts and understand others by using oral language or writing, flexibly master pronunciation, semantics and grammar, and have the ability to combine verbal thinking, verbal expression and appreciation of the deep connotation of language and use it freely.
Mathematical logic intelligence refers to the ability of effective calculation, measurement, reasoning, inductive classification and complex mathematical operations. Spatial intelligence refers to the ability to accurately perceive the visual space and everything around it, and express the perceived image in the form of pictures. Body movement intelligence refers to the ability to express thoughts and emotions with the whole body and skillfully make or operate objects with both hands.
Musical intelligence refers to people's keen perception of tone, melody, rhythm and timbre. Interpersonal intelligence refers to the ability to understand others and interact well with others. Self-cognitive intelligence refers to the ability to have self-knowledge, to have self-knowledge and to act accordingly.
