In 2022, the total score of Nanjing senior high school entrance examination was 700 points. The examination subjects are Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, morality and rule of law, geography, history, biology, information technology, physical chemistry experiment operation and physical education.

The full marks of all subjects are: Chinese, Mathematics, English (including listening and speaking test) 120, Physics 100, Chemistry 80, Morality and Rule of Law, History 60 and Physical Education 40. Comprehensive quality evaluation and biogeographic investigation are presented in different levels.
