The Massachusetts Institute of Technology cooperates with the Malaysian University of Technology (UTM) to carry out the Malaysian government's project on improving science and mathematics teaching, which needs to have certain advantages and students' interest.

Under the leadership of Richard Larson, a professor of engineering systems, the Open Source Learning Center for Science/Mathematics (BLOOSSOMS) is currently actively developing BLOOSSOMS in UTM. UTM and MIT will jointly propose more projects to the Malaysian government to attract more students to study science and mathematics. At the same time, UTM and MIT are also discussing whether to set up a summer camp at MIT in 20 12. UTM needs to recruit students all over the world. Malaysia and Malaysia Polytechnic University set up business enrollment majors-marketing and human resources for high school students in China. Malaysian teachers will, as always, provide more outstanding students from China with the most ideal study abroad programs and quality services, so that students can successfully complete their dreams of pursuing undergraduate studies in the most economical way. Students who have completed their undergraduate studies in China are also welcome to study for a master's degree at Malaysia University of Technology.
