Su, a native of Pingyang, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, is an academician of China Academy of Sciences, an outstanding mathematician in China, and is known as the king of mathematics.

1927 graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Imperial University of Tokyo, and then entered the graduate school of this school. 193 1 graduated, doctor of science, 1959 joined China * * * production party, 1978 served as president of Fudan University, director of Institute of Mathematics, honorary president and professor of Fudan University.

Since 1927, more than 60 mathematical papers and monographs have been published at home and abroad, and the internationally recognized School of Differential Geometry of Zhejiang University has been established. His research on the geometry and projective curves of K- expansion spaces.

Mainly engaged in the research of differential geometry and computational geometry, he has made outstanding achievements in the research of affine differential geometry and projective differential geometry, and has made outstanding achievements in general space differential geometry, high-dimensional space yoke theory, geometric shape design, computer-aided geometric design and so on.
