The first step to learn mathematics well is psychological barrier. Everything has a gradual accumulation process from quantitative change to qualitative change. Bacon said that mathematics is the gymnastics of thinking. However, many students are struggling wearily in the sea of questions, completely ignoring the understanding of the basic essentials. This practice of burying one's head in pulling a cart without looking up at the road often gets half the result with half the effort, which greatly dampens one's self-confidence.
