1. Draw from the center of a piece of white paper (usually A4 paper), leaving blank around. Express your central idea with images or pictures.

2. Use colors in the drawing process. Connect the central image with the main branch, then connect the main branch with the secondary branch, then connect the tertiary branch with the secondary branch, and so on.

3. Let the branches of mind map bend naturally, not like a straight line. Use one keyword per line. Always use images.
