Right-click a blank area of the menu bar, and then select Customize (c)...- > and then select Command-> and select Insert in the category bar.

Then find Formula Editor in the "Commands" list on the right, click and hold it with the mouse, and drag it to the menu bar->; Then the Formula Editor button appears on the menu bar. Click it to edit the formula with the symbol you want.
