It is relative for rural teachers to say that it is difficult. Aren't there many people in the world who envy the profession of teacher? In fact, compared with rural and urban teachers, they also have their own difficulties. For example, in urban high schools, the annual college entrance examination enrollment rate is the lifeline of the school, and every senior three is the destruction and suffering of life, which outsiders can't understand.

Everyone just knows different occupations and regions on weekdays, which leads to different treatment and status. It is precisely because of these differences that competition arises and determines the cruelty and fairness of competition.

There is a serious brain drain of rural teachers, so it is really difficult to be a rural teacher for a reason: 1. Working environment, salary and treatment, promotion opportunities.

Needless to say, these three items are also the main reasons, and the difference between rural areas and cities is not a little bit.

2. Parents' attitude towards learning

Most parents in rural areas regard learning as a matter for teachers and students, and their attitudes towards learning and support for children's learning are different. Parents in the city will find ways to help their children improve when they see their poor grades, but in the countryside, on the one hand, they have no conditions, on the other hand, they don't realize it. So the attitude of rural parents towards learning is not conducive to teachers' teaching.

3. Busy at work

This job is busy, not that you are busy, but that there are too many housework. Due to the serious brain drain of rural teachers, many teachers hold several positions. Maybe Mr. China will also teach math, and sometimes he will take physical education class. Sometimes the school has some arrangements other than teaching tasks, and these jobs may be unpaid.

It is a common imagination that rural teachers are seriously drained. Only when the state improves the welfare treatment of rural teachers and shortens the gap between urban and rural education resources can we change this situation and let rural children receive a good education.

Rural teachers face difficulties in evaluating students' grades. Because the number of students is small and the evaluation base is small, the influence is ups and downs. For example, among five students, 1 is unqualified, so this unqualified is 20%. Although compared with similar schools, the impact is really great. Of course, if all five people are qualified, the pass rate is 100%, and if all five people are excellent, the excellent rate is 100%.

It is difficult to face children's learning. Rural teachers should find better educational resources for their children to go to school, and they should also go to school in the county. However, there is a great contradiction between taking children and going to work, and students are ignored. Therefore, for children to have a better learning and growing environment, rural teachers must yearn for the county seat.

It's hard to face yourself as an ordinary teacher. Because rural teachers are short of resources, especially English, science, music, sports, beauty and information, even in the county, several classes are part-time, even in the Spring Festival, especially in rural areas. Some teachers should not only teach Chinese, but also teach sports, information and so on. Then the teacher himself should become a general teacher and study more. Some schools even have only one teaching and research group, so teachers must be general teachers.

It's hard to face the rush. Some villages are an hour or two's drive from the county seat. It is convenient to drive by yourself, but it is extremely inconvenient not to drive by yourself. What's more, there are many rural teachers who live in the county and feel very tired because of the long journey.
