Matters needing attention in answering the answer sheet of Huizhou 20 18 senior high school entrance examination in Guangdong Province
County (District) Education Examination Center:

20 18 junior high school graduates in our city adopt the method of "computer-aided online marking", requiring candidates to answer directly on the "answer sheet", otherwise the answer will be invalid. In order to ensure that candidates can answer correctly in the examination process and ensure the smooth progress of online marking, counties (districts) should attach great importance to the training of candidates' answering questions, arrange the training time and implement the training of candidates' answering questions. All counties (districts) must conduct answering training for the candidates (Grade Two and Grade Three) who take the 20 18 academic examination for junior high school graduates before the exam, so that the candidates can understand the correct answering methods. Before May 20th, each middle school will feedback the training of candidates' answering questions to the county (district) education examination center, and the county (district) education examination center will feedback the training of candidates' answering questions to the municipal education examination center.

First, the structure of answer sheet

Grade 1. Level 3: The answer sheet of each examination subject consists of several A4 double-sided answer sheets (Annex 3), and the total number of pages (pages) and pages (pages) of the answer sheet of this examination subject are marked below the answer sheet. The front of each answer sheet consists of candidate information area (admission ticket number, name, precautions, bar code pasting area, examination room number, seat number, absent test [], etc. ) and answer area ("multiple-choice area" or "non-multiple-choice area"), and the back of each answer card consists of "Please don't mark here" area and answer area (usually "non-multiple-choice area"). The answer area specifies the answer area of each question (mark the corresponding question number).

2. Level 2: The answer sheet for each examination subject is a single-sided standardized answer sheet (Annex 4), which consists of "candidate information area" (admission ticket number, name, precautions, bar code pasting area, examination room number, seat number, absent examination [], etc. ) and answer area ("multiple choice answer area").

3. The barcode (barcode) is printed with the candidate's name, admission ticket number, subject, examination room number and seat number.

Second, the answer sheet answers the matters needing attention

1. Precautions for answering the third grade answer sheet:

① When the examinee receives the bar code, please check whether the information printed on the bar code is my name, admission ticket number, subject, examination room number and seat number, and whether the number of bar codes is consistent with the number of answer sheets.

② When candidates receive the answer sheet, please check whether the number of pages (faces) received on the answer sheet is consistent with the total number of pages (faces) marked on the card.

Before answering questions, candidates must fill in their admission ticket number, name and examination room number. And the seat number. Use a black pen or signature pen on the answer sheet, and paste the bar code horizontally in the bar code paste area of the answer sheet. Among them, the "examination room number" and "seat number" on the answer sheet only need to be filled in, without corresponding numbers.

(4) When answering multiple-choice questions, you must "fill in" the corresponding correct choice in the multiple-choice area of the answer sheet with 2B pencil (if the correct choice of a question is A, fill in the choice A as [A], and so on); If you need to modify the answer, wipe the original answer with an eraser, and then "fill in" it again. Pay special attention to the order of the question numbers on the answer sheet, and pay special attention to the corresponding relationship between the answer sheet and the test paper "question number" when answering (filling) on the answer sheet.

⑤ When answering "non-multiple choice questions", the answers must be written in black pen or signature pen at the corresponding positions in the designated areas of each topic in the "non-multiple choice questions area" on the answer sheet (the answers must not be written outside the designated areas, so as not to affect the grades), the question numbers on the answer sheet are not allowed to be modified at will, the handwriting should be neat, and it is not allowed to be answered with a pencil; When you need to draw, you can draw with a pencil first, and then draw with a black pen or a signature pen; If you need to change the answer, cross out the original answer first, and then write a new answer. Correction fluid, adhesive tape and correction tape are not allowed. Answers that do not answer according to the above requirements are invalid.

Candidates must keep the answer sheet clean and tidy, and don't fold it and break it.

2. Matters needing attention in answering the second grade answer sheet:

① When the examinee receives the bar code, please check whether the information printed on the bar code is my name, admission ticket number, subject, examination room number and seat number, and whether the number of bar codes is consistent with the number of answer sheets.

Before answering the questions, candidates must fill in their admission ticket number, name and examination room number. And the seat number. Use a black pen or signature pen on the answer sheet, and paste the bar code horizontally in the bar code paste area of the answer sheet. Among them, the "examination room number" and "seat number" on the answer sheet only need to be filled in, without corresponding numbers.

Third, the candidates' answering training methods

1. In the third grade, refer to the Mathematical Reference Sample Paper (attachment 1) and the Mathematical Reference Answer Sheet (attachment 3), and in the second grade, refer to the Standard Answers to Geological Training Hypothesis (attachment 5) and Geological Reference Answer Sheet (attachment 6) to explain the correct answer methods and precautions to candidates (relevant attachments can be attached).

2. Each middle school will issue "reference sample paper" and "blank answer sheet" to candidates, so that candidates can practice answering questions according to the correct answer requirements.

3. Check the answer sheet of candidates' exercises and find out the problems (nonstandard and wrong filling, etc. ) In the examinee's answering practice, compare with the "answer reference answer sheet".

4. In view of the problems existing in the training of candidates' answering questions, continue to do a good job in counseling and practicing candidates' answering questions, so that candidates can fully understand the correct answering methods and precautions.
