What disease is MDS and how to prevent it? Find a solution
Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of clonal myeloproliferative diseases originating from multifunctional hematopoietic stem cells. It used to be called "pre-leukemia", but clinical observation shows that the disease does not necessarily develop into leukemia. In recent years, this disease has an increasing trend. In the past, it was thought that the disease mainly occurred in middle-aged and elderly people in their fifties, and it was not uncommon to find adolescent cases in recent years. Clinically, it is characterized by pancytopenia, increased proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells and pathological hematopoiesis.

Most scholars believe that the cause of the disease is the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells caused by chemicals, chemicals and radioactive substances. The disease can be divided into five types: refractory anemia (RA), refractory anemia with annular sideroblastoma (RAS), refractory anemia with metaplasia (RAEB), refractory anemia with metaplasia (RAEB-t) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) (WHO classifies chronic myelomonocytic leukemia as myeloproliferative disease, and refractory anemia with metaplasia into acute leukemia).

Life adjustment

Nonspecific prevention can enhance physical fitness. Reasonable arrangement of diet and daily life, proper exercise such as Tai Ji Chuan and walking can self-regulate the imbalance of the body. MDS is closely related to emotion. Optimism and happiness are of great significance to the prevention of diseases.

(2) Proper diet can preserve health, prolong life and prevent diseases. During or after the treatment of the disease, the further development or recurrence of the disease can be avoided through diet adjustment, which is conducive to physical recovery.
