Hundreds of papers have been published, including nearly 60 core journal papers by the first author, which is the largest number of natural scientists in Hainan. Now he is the director of the national first-class society-China Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (the first director of Hainan); Commentator of American Mathematical Review, the first world-famous mathematical review magazine in Hainan; In 1990s, he was the first reviewer of foreign SCI journals in Hainan's mathematics field and the first invited reviewer of China Science, the most authoritative journal in Hainan's science field. Invited by American and Indian scientists to be the editor-in-chief of International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, he is the only scientist in Hainan who has been the editor-in-chief of foreign academic journals. In addition, he is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, vice-chairman of the China Expert Committee, a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a member of the American Mathematical Society, and a member of the American Institute of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (both ranked first in Hainan). The first author's thesis reports the Third World Congress of Chinese Mathematicians and the 42nd Congress of Graph Theory in the Midwest, which were held in the United States in recent two years and presided over by Professor Qiu Chengtong, a Nobel Prize winner in Mathematics. In 2005, Qiongnan University turned a new page in its history, and Qiongzhou University was approved by the Ministry of Education as an ordinary undergraduate college.

Zhao's work in limit set theory proves that one of the greatest mathematicians in the 20th century, ERD &；; Oumls has always suspected. Invited to give a speech at the 3rd Global Conference of Chinese Mathematicians, he is the first expert in Hainan's mathematics field to step into the highest hall of the international mathematics event.
