0 1. Understand the interview process.
As the saying goes, "know yourself and know yourself." Only by knowing what you know can we be more confident to do something. The interview process can basically be divided into the following five steps:
1. Candidates wait for the exam at the designated place with valid certificates such as admission ticket and ID card.
2. Candidates enter the exam room, confirm and print the list of questions after the exam.
Third, candidates enter the preparation room to prepare lessons, and the preparation time is about 20 minutes.
4. The examinee answers the prescribed questions, and the examiner will ask the examinee to give a trial lecture according to the lesson plan prepared before.
5. Candidates reply according to the questions raised by the examiner, submit lesson plans to the examiner after the reply, and leave the classroom.
02, improve the external image of self.
It is very important to make a good initial impression on the examiner. Examiners can't judge our knowledge at first sight, but only have an overall feeling of our appearance. Simple, elegant or formal dress can leave a good impression on the examiner.
Pay attention to details and keep smiling.
In the interview process, we should not only examine our knowledge reserves, but also examine our handling of details. Bowing at the door to say hello and keeping a moderate smile during the communication can add points to our interview.
04. Pay attention to the expressive skills and richness of language.
Try to create a lively atmosphere during the interview, not too formal and humorous. Language expression should not be too boring, but should be as rich and appropriate as possible. Because no student likes boring classes, so do interviewers, because the candidates they interview are likely to become teachers in the future.
05. Keep calm, and you can slow down your speech appropriately.
During the interview, candidates are inevitably nervous. However, candidates must try to stay calm, not speak hesitatingly, and even their voices are trembling. Candidates can slow down their speech, give themselves enough time to think and relieve their nervousness.
06, grasp the time.
The interview time of teaching resources is fixed, usually 5 minutes for structured interview, followed by 10 minutes for trial and 5 minutes for defense. Therefore, candidates should be trained in advance to ensure that the interview is completed within the specified time.
The above is the author's sharing of some skills about teaching interview, hoping to help everyone.
