Mathematical model of height and weight
The ideal weight of northerners (kg) = (height cm- 150) x 0.6+50, and that of southerners (kg) = (height cm- 150) x 0.6+48. This calculation method seems to be more suitable for China people in northern and southern areas. The simple method to calculate the standard weight of children is: 1 ~ 6 months: birth weight (kg), ten months old * 0.6 = standard weight (kg); 7 ~ 12 months: birth weight (kg) ten months old x 0.5 = standard weight (kg); 1 year or older: 8 years old x2= standard weight (kg)
