Chinese is all the Soviet version, and there are more than a dozen optional books from compulsory one to five. However, I only study Selected Readings of Historical Records, Selected Readings of Eight Great Proses in Tang and Song Dynasties, and Selected Readings of Poetry in Tang and Song Dynasties. These three books must be learned, and other schools are different. Some learned, some didn't.

Mathematics Jiangsu Education Edition, compulsory courses 1 to 5, science elective courses 2- 1, 2-2, 2-3.

English Oxford Edition, five books are compulsory and six books are optional, but some schools don't learn and issue the last book.

Physics People's Education Edition, two required books, elective courses 3- 1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5.

The Bioman Education Edition needs three books: Molecules and Cells, Heredity and Evolution, Steady State and Environment. Elective two subjects, Biotechnology Practice and Modern Biotechnology.
