What is a general score?
Total Fraction According to the basic properties of fractions (formulas), the process of converting several fractions (formulas) with different denominators into fractions (formulas) with the same denominator as the original fractions (formulas) is called total fraction.

The key to general division is to determine the simplest common denominator of several fractions, and the steps are as follows:

1. List the denominators respectively;

2. Multiply the divisor of the denominator. If there is a common divisor, the result is the least common multiple of the denominator;

3. All the letters or factors based on letters should be taken;

4. The factor with the same letter or the power of the factor with the letter takes the largest exponent;

5. Multiply all the above formulas to get the simplest common denominator.

Extended data

example

According to the basic properties of fractions, several fractions with different denominators are converted into fractions with the same denominator, which is called the general fraction of fractions. Divide scores with different denominators into scores with the same denominator equal to the original score, which is called total score. The ratio of number A to number B and two different ratios of number B to number C are converted into the ratio of number A to number B to number C, which is also called total score. For example:

Comparison: the size of 7/9 and 8/ 1 1

Solution: 7/9 = 7×11/9×1= 77/99.

8/ 1 1 = 8×9/ 1 1×9 = 72/99

∫77/99 >72/99

∴7/9 & gt; 8/ 1 1

A:B = 2:5 = 8:20 B:C = 4:7 = 20:35 A:B:C = 8:20:35。

Meaning: It is called reduction to change a fraction into a fraction equal to it, but with smaller numerator and denominator. Simplest fraction: The numerator and denominator are fractions of prime numbers, which are called simplest fraction.
