1. Enter the original data in the cell and find the maximum value, minimum value, experience group distance and experience group number. As shown in the figure below. This paper mainly takes the daily sales of supermarkets as an example.

2. According to different requirements and data display, draw the frequency distribution table. As shown in the figure below (group spacing can be set according to personal wishes)

3. Calculate the frequency of each group, select B 16: B23, click Insert Function in Tools, and select Statistical function frequency.

4. Select the region and determine two parameter values of the frequency function, as shown in the figure.

5. Press Shift+Ctrl+Enter to calculate frequency density, frequency, up-and-down cumulative frequency and frequency density, as shown in the figure below.

6. Select the tabular data and draw a histogram, as shown in the figure below.
